Amazing weekend!!

We had such a great time at Lakehouse last weekend with all the kids! Such a fun atmosphere and a great place to spend time together and make memories. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back!

Excellent stay in this beautiful home! Location was great and it was incredibly clean. Hot tub was a perk and the the kitchen was well appointed. Lots of towels both bath and beach. There was a Traeger grill that we used every day. The outside covered area was awesome on the few rainy days we had. Would definitely stay again!

My family had a great week at this property. The house was very clean, and the layout was perfect for visiting and spending time together. The kitchen was super stocked with everything needed to cook for my large family. The covered outside patio with fans was great. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The only negative was that the lake water was overgrown with algae and prevented us from swimming and enjoying the water. This is not the owner's fault, just a result of the weather.

Went for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. Location was so nice locals came over after to enjoy your beautiful setting.

The house didn't have as many beds as advertised. There were only 4 Beach Towels with 11 guests staying there. Didn't have sheets for the Pull-out Couch and didn't have enough pillowcases, blankets, or regular towels. When I am renting a house for 12 people I expect to have enough towels, sheets and pillowcases for everyone. Had trouble with the dishwasher and kitchen light, the dishwasher issue was resolved, however didn't have any kitchen light for the last 3 days of my stay.

Everything was perfect! Great dock and toys, the zip line was enjoyed. We loved the hot tub in the evenings. The kitchen had everything you needed.

The lake House was a perfect retreat away from everyday life! Our family had a great stay, there was plenty of room for everyone (party of 11). The kids all had a great time going out on the lake and polar plunging into the lake. The zip line was a highlight for the kids. The hosts have a beautiful home and we appreciate them welcoming us in!

The house was perfect for our family while attending the TN Bass Nation High School Championship. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Only minor issue we had was hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but we never found one. Luckily, another person in our party was coming the following day, and was able to bring one. Check in process was easy and communication with host was excellent. We will definitely book again for Bass Nation fishing tournaments at Watts Bar.

This was an absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy, which meant I didn’t need to spend extra money eating out all the time. There were also a number of grocery stores nearby. Overall the house was very clean, comfortable and convenient and I would highly recommend it!

The house was clean, had everything we needed and was just as described. I do feel the management company needs to get back to guests . When I called them, they never answered the phone. I always had to leave a message and wait for them to get back with me. The "book" in the living room needs to be updated with the correct hot tub instructions. The front door key code lock system is on a timer. If you are arriving earlier than 4:00, you may need a different code to get in.

The check in process was confusing. There is a lockbox adjacent to the door which appeared to be where you would find a key to enter. However, it did not work, but after a phone call to Donna we realized that a second keypad was located above the door handle. Unfortunately it was not visible due to the storm door. I would suggest that this be explained in the check in instructions.

We had an amazing stay and can’t say enough good things about this property. The views alone were worth the trip, looking across the lake at the mountain while watching deer and cows grazing was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The fishing was fantastic, we caught some great largemouth bass right from the property. We also made full use of the kayaks and SUP boards, which were a huge bonus and it made it easy to enjoy the lake. The boat dock, zip line, and outdoor patio provided endless entertainment and relaxation for our family. Inside, the home was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, and the dining area provided plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. This properly truly had everything we could have asked for and more. If I could buy this home, I would! We would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront getaway.

Where to start. Before booking the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Upon arrival the home was absolutely beautiful and the lake view was awesome. We were a party of 5 and we had local relatives join us to visit and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked, one of the most stocked I have seen. This was an absolutely beautiful home and close to our local family. we will be coming back. The only downside, which is out of the owners control, is the phone connectivity. We were there to get away but the lack of signal was a bit frustrating. But, that is what you get in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the lake and the osprey and we even think we saw a baby bear cub on the hill across the lake. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.
