Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 4BR/2BA retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. Enjoy a private pool, BBQ grill, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and open-concept living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking at home. Just minutes from beautiful beaches, great dining, and local attractions—ideal for families, groups, or a peaceful escape.
PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
-No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed in the property. Any party, event or large gathering will result in a $2,000 additional charge and subject to immediate cancelation and removal from the property
-No unregistered guests. Only the guests from the original booking are allowed in the house. Any additional guest will incur a $75 fee
-No smoking of any type allowed inside the house, including e-cigarettes. A $250 fee will be charged if this rule is not followed.
-No pets allowed in the property. A fee of $300 will be imposed if this rule is not followed
-No use of business. The use of the property for any commercial activity is not allowed. A fee of $2,000 will be charged to the guest if the rule is not followed subject to immediate cancelation and removal from the property
-No parking in the grass
-No access to the garage area
-Please respect the quiet times after 10pm
-If you flush anything other than toilet paper you will be charged a $500 fee for a plumber having to come and snake drain lines.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
-*Refunds, if applicable, are subject to non-refundable payment processing and platform fees.
