We really enjoyed our stay at Sadie’s Cottage! The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 3 young grandchildren. We loved how close it was to the beach and to shopping/dining in Rosemary Beach. A bonus was having the pool for afternoon swims with the kids and grandkids after a morning on the beach! The host was very prompt with replies to our questions and concerns (broken ice machine - but they fixed it the day we contacted them). We would recommend this property!

Great location. Great house. Just some various items didn’t work (elevator and ice machine) along with doors / keys being a bit of a mess. Owners were very quick to respond!

Very nice property.The washer and dryer in the main living area need to be upgraded for more capacity. Washer only holds 3 towels and the dryer takes multiple times to dry. The out side is nice but needs a good power washing on the tiles.

Nice space and location.

Spacious and great location. This home gave our family of 12 plenty of room to be together and apart. Nice outdoor areas as well. We would stay here again

Beautiful home! Great Location.

Our family of 6 stayed for spring break and it was fabulous. Beautiful home, plenty of space for all. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Outdoor spaces are fantastic too. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor fireplace.

Overall this was a lovely home to stay at with great walking distance to the beach, and the shops. The bedrooms were fantastic, plenty of great rooms to choose from for the adults and an awesome kids room! There was a perfect size pool for the kids to play in on the property. A few reasons I wouldn't give this stay a full 5 star - When we made our way into the home it looked as if the outer courtyard had not been maintained ( grass not cut etc.) The bathrooms were not cleaned ( clumps of hair in the shower from previous guests). I will say the management property addressed these issues immediately. For the price you are paying to rent this home it is in need of some serious TLC. Pool tiles are cracked and coming off. Shower drains are broke and clogged. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The alarm kept going off and the freezer did not work( some of our food spoiled). The elevator was advertised, but did not work same with the washer in the carriage house. Outside patio furniture was falling apart.Great home just needs some extra love!

We had a wonderful stay at Sadie's cottage. The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The location was amazing. Right in town, close to the beach, and other community pools. Also, communication with the rental service was great and they were quick to respond.I had to give 4 stars because the day before we arrived, we were notified that the guest house was unusable due to maintenance issues. They did turn the den on the 3rd floor into a bedroom which was appreciated, but it would have been nice to have had access to the guest house. We really did enjoy our time and would love to come back again soon.
