Located in a contemporary building complex, you can explore Plaza de la Merced, just steps away, for shops, bars, restaurants, and more. Our apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities for your comfort, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a kitchen. And if you're driving, we've covered convenience parking in the underground.

Great location and comfortable apartment

We loved the location of this nice apartment - easy walking distance to the many places to see in Malaga, with a pool on the roof and a decent supermarket just down the street. The bed was so comfortable - I slept better there than I do at home! Comfortable apartment generally and Brian, the owner, was excellent on the communication front.

Malaga Center - Perfect location!

Fabulous. Location couldn’t be better. Lots of tourists but quiet at night. One hiccup at beginning but host solved it in seconds! Safe and fun. Ground floor apartment, parking, and close to everything. Clean and open. Bring your own facecloth though. And tea towels. lol. Market close too. Thanks Brian!

Pleasant stay

Overal we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. However we experienced something strange at 4 AM where someone was banging on our door, and tried multiple times getting in our room, rang our doorbell as wel. This went on for at least more than an hour. We contacted the owner and he clarified that it’s normal for drunk tourist to be lost and got the wrong room. We felt that this was not the case, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. They have cameras hanging but we did not hear from our complaint any further. For the rest, it was a pleasant stay.

Would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Malaga!

We rented this apartment for a week during our holidays in Malaga. It had absolutely everything that you need for your stay to be super comfortable! The owner, Brian, is very nice gentleman, who genuinely did everything he could for us to enjoy our holidays. He met us at the airport, at normal taxi rate. On the way to the apartment, he told us a bit about Malaga and it's history. He provided the cot and high chair for our baby at no extra cost. Also we checked out much later then "check out" time, also at no extra cost. The apartment was immaculately clean. Things like washing powder, shampoo, soap, washing up liquid were provided. He even brought us milk and coffee pods so we could have a drink before going out to do some food shopping. Brian left us a folder which contained all useful information, directions to the places of interest, places to eat, phone number for taxi etc. My husband mentioned that he wanted to see his football team playing near Malaga, and Brian send an email with instructions how to get there. The apartment is conveniently situated close to the historical part of Malaga and is about 15 mins walk from the beach. Malaga is so beautiful, I would recommend visiting! The apartment has a pool on a roof but obviously we didn't use it (our trip was in January). The apartment itself is very nice, in a new building and very nicely decorated. It has internet and Netflix! In summary, we enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely recommend this place to stay during your holidays. Brian said that he has more accomodations that he owns/ manages in Malaga and around Malaga and I'm sure that if you are renting one of them, you will be well looked after and your stay will be very comfortable!

Appartement très bien situé dans quartier Calme, loin, du tumulte, des bars et des restaurants il faut compter 20 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage et cinq minutes pour être dans le centre commerce à proximité appartement très très propre rien à redire mais quelques travaux sont à revoir

Fantastiske Malaga

En fantastisk ferie i en fantastisk lejlighed, med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse, dog med den lille hage, at selvom vi havde bedt op transport til og fra lejligheden, måtte vi selv stå for dette. ps... sovesofaen er ikke egnet til, at sove på, ihvertfald ikke for voksne mennesker.

nice modern apartment

I stayed for four nights in this very comfortable, well equipped apartment in Malaga. It was within walking distance to the historic quarter and has many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and secure. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Brian!
