The space
Comfortable 4 BD/3BA vacation home with convenient access to highway, mountains and city!

You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood in a prime location with easy access to freeway I15/80, downtown, the universities, hospitals, ski areas, and a wide range of other attractions, amenities and shopping centers.

The main floor offers an eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is well-stocked making meal prep easy.

After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the 65 inch smart TV. There are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor.

The basement offers additional bedroom/bathroom and living space for relaxing and spreading out. It also offers a Foosball table, and another entertainment area.

The large fenced backyard hot tub and patio offer an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, a game of corn hole, grilling out, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring.

A short trip will get you downtown or sugarhouse shopping center (5min), with its myriad eateries and cultural attractions, such as museums, galleries, and historic landmarks.

The entire house and backyard are yours and there are no shared spaces.

Other things to note
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No noise or loud conversation outside after dark. We do have an outside noise monitor device which does not record but will notify us if things get a little too rowdy. Exterior smart locks with cameras at front & side doors monitor driveway, yard, and gate; may briefly view entryway/living space if doors open. They record video/audio on motion or lock use. No indoor cameras.

Property and Pet Waiver is required prior to entry along with insurance purchase. Please let the host know if you are bringing your fur baby with you prior to booking.

Initial supplies provided for you, please replenish as needed for the duration of your stay.

Exterior smart locks with cameras at front & side doors monitor driveway, yard, and gate; may briefly view entryway/living space if doors open. They record video/audio on motion or lock use. No indoor cameras.

The property has two smart thermostats with minimum and maximum temperature limits in place. Most guests find this range very comfortable year-round. Please avoid extreme settings on either thermostat, as this can strain the HVAC system.

EXTENDED STAYS
If you are looking for comfortable, reliable, family-friendly, and supportive place to call home, we are here to help. We offer flexible leasing terms to meet your unique needs. I welcome guests for extended stays of 30 days or longer. Please contact us to see how we can meet your needs.

Please note for our 30+ day extended stay guests, a lease agreement and screening application will also be required. Please reach out with any questions or concerns regarding this.

When you arrive, the home will be fully stocked with essential supplies to get you started, including toilet paper, hand/dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and similar items. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

Here are a few important details to note about extended stays:

1.Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, I require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed, at the guest's expense. Please note in the event you have a pet, the minimum monthly clean may be changed at my discretion to a more frequent schedule.

2.Utility Expenses: Your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water/sewer/trash removal, and internet. Please be aware that there is a combined cap of $350.00 per month for these expenses. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility.
