This is a beautiful, updated older home and some of the stairways are a little narrow and steep. Tall people may have to duck in the stairway. The room with the 1 twin bed is small but adequate for 1 person and the room with the twin and trundle bed is a tight fit when the trundle bed is in use. While the whole house is equipped with central air the loft area is equipped with additional heating and window air conditioner units. The swimming pool is cleaned between guests and sanitizer is automatically injected for safe levels but weather and nature may cause the pool to accumulate leaves, dirt and bugs. An additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee. Heating the pool to 80 degrees can be arranged for an additional fee Babies and children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. The majority of our guests have no complaints and have a five star stay. Please be aware that pool and lawn maintenance may need to be accomplished during your stay.
