OFF SEASON DISCOUNTED RATES

The Cozy Cottage of Belfair is one of the most desirable vacation rentals in the area because we put our guest’s needs first. With comfy beds and plush towels. Upgraded amenities and incredible ocean views from every room.
Clean and classy is how we role.

Our cottage is centrally located to everything Belfair has to offer. We are mere steps away from the beach, and a short drive to the downtown area.

Our cozy cottage has a large primary bedroom with a super comfy King Bed. Plenty of room to hang your things and relax.
Our secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, perfect for that second couple or a couple of kidos.

Fully renovated, fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and all of the cooking gadgets you could ever need. We also provide salt, pepper, oil, flour and sugar so you don't need to bring those.

Our coffee bar takes care of you early birds - with provided coffee and tea bags. There is also a coffee stand super close for your bougie peeps (like me).

The cottage has one bathroom, and we've got you covered with shampoo, conditioner and wash/soap. Super plush towels - lovely lotion - like I said, we've got you covered.

Games - we have games!
Music - we have a bluetooth speaker - vibe it up.
Movies - we have a smart TV in both the primary bedroom and living area. Veg out all day, if that's what suits you.
Outdoor living - our patio is perfect for grilling, chilling and watching the sun go down.

Now the fun stuff...
BEACH ACCESS - Our cottage has 30 feet of beach access at the end of the road. PLEASE stay within the 30 foot easement and do not walk along other homes tidelands. WE DO NOT OWN the tidelands and you will be trespassing if you walk in front of other people’s homes or harvest the shellfish. Kayaking in the water is totally fine.

Boats can be launched from the state park for endless fishing, crabbing and shrimping opportunities.

We require all guest have a signed rental contract on file to protect our interests, as well as our guests.

Our cottage is a contact free check in, instructions to enter will be provided prior to your stay.

Our cottage is timeless and quaint, meaning it has narrow doorways and lacks modern building codes. It can be challenging for guest with mobility issues to move through our cottage, please disclose if you are limited in mobility or use a device to help you around such as a wheelchair or a motorized cart. We will do our best to accommodate you.

This rental is pretty cute, it's in a quiet, clean location, the property owners are very helpful with any and all our questions, they definitely provide a great atmosphere for a quiet kick back retreat, while being minutes away from nice recreational areas

My husband and I stayed at this cute and cozy cottage for 4 nights. It is in a great location to explore the area and close to groceries etc. Super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would stay again!

It was clean, it was cozy, and the location on the Canal was perfect for our visit. Make sure you have your check in information written down or in a photo, cell service is spotty in the area, we had the info up, but could not access outside the property. WIFI connection once in the cottage works well.

Fun Times at the Canal

My friend and I very much enjoyed the Cozy Cottage for our long weekend. The cottage is newly renovated, well stocked, and super clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks, all the kitchen tools and the generous selection of throws. The view from the back deck is really pretty, and we appreciated taking our inner tubes down to the water to float. We look forward to returning next summer!

This is the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Aside from amazing location near the beach and the lovely renovations, it is beautiful with no detail left untended. Decor is calm, intentional, and cohesive. There were more than simple basics in the kitchen making it excellent for those that stay in and cook. Comfort emenities are plentiful—even a first aide kit. The water heater went out while we were here and our hosts were immediately responsive. This rental checks all the boxes and more!!! This review was written by a very particular person—aka picky.

Absolutley perfect for our mini vacation!

The photos don't do it justice; it's absolutely ADORABLE! It lives up to it's name. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable and at home. It's appointed with everything you might need. House and beach rules are simple, and well defined. The only thing missing for us is a covered outdoor seating area, and only because I love sitting outside in the rain. Otherwise, everything you need is here.It's an easy 60 second walk to the beach, which we made several times a day. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood, and just what we needed for a mini vacation.
