Welcome to the Waterpark Villa! SUPER FUN 5-BEDROOM HOME, just 800 feet from the brand-new clubhouse and water park! Perfectly located near Disney and Universal, this is the ultimate family getaway. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room, modern kitchen, and a private pool—designed for maximum fun and relaxation! Two bedrooms feature exciting games like air hockey and giant Connect 4 for hours of entertainment.

When you're ready to explore, the area’s top attractions are just a short drive away. Or, stay in and make the most of the incredible amenities right at your doorstep! The new clubhouse and water park offer water slides, a splash play area, a large zero-entry pool, hammocks, loungers, and a tiki bar for refreshments.

Additionally, enjoy access to the Oasis resort-style clubhouse, featuring a lazy river, community pool, splash area, restaurant, movie theater, fitness center, tennis, volleyball courts, and so much more. Whether you're relaxing or adventuring, this townhome is the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories! …. POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
The pool heater is available for an additional fee of $40/day for a 3 day minimum. To ensure availability, please request this service at the time of booking or at least 2 days before your check-in.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 plus tax is the charge to use the BBQ grill.Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.

Guest Policy:
Base rate includes up to 10 guests. There's a $25 fee per additional guest over 10, up to a maximum of 14 guests. Please include the correct guest count when booking. Early check in

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and offered plenty of space for our family. The air hockey table and private pool were big hits with the kids, and the resort pool and waterslides provided a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

We had the best time. This house was very clean, very spacious, plenty of room for our big family.. 4 adults and 4 kids. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the water park and lazy river. We plan to come back soon. We loved our stay!

This house was amazing and suited all of our family's needs during our trip to all the Disney amusement parks during the holidays. The house was everything we expected! House was clean! Smelled like home! The pool in the back was smaller than expected but was enough for my kids to enjoy! Publix was 4 minutes away which was super convenient! Papa John’s delivery was super fast as well. Overall a great experience and stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home! The property was immaculate, spotless, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. There was more than enough space for everyone in our group to spread out and relax comfortably.The location could not have been better, just minutes from Disney and so many great restaurants. It made everything incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful and private.The water park access during our stay was the highlight! It was perfect for the whole group. The adults were able to relax and unwind, while the kids had an absolute blast with the water slides and play areas. It created the perfect balance of fun and relaxation for everyone.The host was hands down the most accommodating of any of our needs and this property even provided things you may forget. Our host was so helpful and accommodating! We have sensitivity to scents and the host removed all plug ins and washed the bedding with specific laundry detergent. So grateful for this accommodation!
