It features premium kitchen appliances, king-size bed, a smart TV, a washer & dryer, hair dryer, a community pool, and high-speed internet. Other Things to Note

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

The place was cozy and the host was inviting. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and local stops. The host was very responsive and timely and really made the trip shine couldn't recommend a better place
