Relax in this tranquil 2BD/2BA 2nd-floor condo with a queen and full beds, in a gated community. Discover a fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, & access to a pool. Decorated in serene blues and grays with vibrant accents, it features a patio, contemporary furniture. Enjoy easy access to Highway 183 and 161, DFW Airport, Towne Lake Park etc. Review the "OTHER THINGS TO NOTE" section for more details.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
