Heureux hasard au bord de la mer

Serendipity est situĂ© sur la magnifique Ăźle de Galiano ... Il est situĂ© sur la baie Whaler, et est nichĂ© entre la forĂȘt et la faune ... C'est une cabane en rondins bien entretenue des annĂ©es 50, sur l'eau avec une belle vue ... Des cerfs, des ratons laveurs, des loutres et des aigles gambadent rĂ©guliĂšrement dans toute la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Calme, serein et confortable, cette petite beautĂ© peut accueillir deux personnes dans la cabine principale, mais dispose Ă©galement d'une cabine d'invitĂ©s qui peut Ă©galement accueillir deux personnes ..... (il s'agit d'une nuit supplĂ©mentaire de 50 personnes, mais peut ĂȘtre nĂ©gociĂ©e Ă  long terme locations).

Il est Ă  distance de marche du terminal de ferry principal ainsi que des magasins locaux et du Madrona qui est un spa de classe mondiale.

Parce que l'eau est collectée de l'eau de pluie et a été traitée, il y a de l'eau en bouteille fournie pour la boisson. L'eau du robinet est utilisée pour la vaisselle et les douches.
Veuillez limiter vos douches Ă  un minimum. en Ă©tĂ© car Galiano est l'une des Ăźles du golfe les plus sĂšches et l'eau doit ĂȘtre amenĂ©e par camion jusqu'Ă  ce que ce ne soit pas un problĂšme en hiver, Ă  cause de la pluie.

Il n'y a pas de ramassage des ordures sur l'ßle, veuillez donc ramener vos ordures avec vous. Il y a un compost à utiliser pour les restes de nourriture pour aider à condenser les déchets.

Serendipity est une merveilleuse cabane pittoresque et paisible que je sais, vous apprécierez et vous vous sentirez détendu au moment de votre départ.

Beautiful stay at this charming cabin overlooking Whaler’s Cove. The deck is an amazing place to catch the afternoon sun and the cabin’s interior is straight out of a magazine. I can only imagine how cozy it is in the winter! Great kitchen set up with everything you need and it is literally 2 minutes from the ferry. We tried to be very cognizant of the lack of water on the island. The cabin’s only water source is rain so very quick showers. Deb was a great host who has thought of everything you might need. Highlight of our stay was climbing Mount Galiano for the incredible view! Visitors should note that cell reception on Galiano was nonexistent so expect to literally unplug during your stay. Packing out our garbage was also a first for us as there is no waste service on the island. We hope to be back again to visit this oasis of the West coast.

Lovely, immaculate cabin with a great deck overlooking the water. Well appointed with everything you need. The bed is sooo comfortable. The location is very convenient. It was nice to walk into the village to the cafe and Oxeye. Loved the deer. We will be back.

This quaint cabin is true to its name, Serenity by the Sea. We loved everything about it! The cabin is cozy and well equipped, the bed is so comfy - we slept so well and enjoyed the sweet smell of the forest and chirping of the birds. The outdoor space is stunning, with ample decks and a sweet little waterfront view. We would come back in a heartbeat! Amazing little gem on Galiano.

Great stay on Galiano Island

The cabin is very close to the ferry and easy to find. It was just as described. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. We loved hanging out on the deck. It was very relaxing with the water right below. Deb was super responsive when something went wrong (our fault).

It's a beautiful little cabin in a gorgeous part of the world. The Ferry terminal, along with the amenities near the terminal (great coffee shop, bookstore, grocery/garage, and pizza place), are a very reasonable walk away.

Hidden Gem

What a perfect little hidden gem! We had such a great time on Galiano and the location of this cabin was so perfect. The cabin was cute and clean we loved it. Perfect for two

Great spot close to bakery, restaurants,hiking and ferry but in a quiet area overlooking small bay with seals and otters. Beautiful.

Deborra was a great communicator and we absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home. The location was amazing and we couldn’t get enough of the beautiful deck overlooking the water. We spent the most time there watching wildlife, eating meals and relaxing. First visit to Galiano
. Will not be our last!! Serendipity was pure Heaven! The mornings with coffee on the deck and late afternoon along the water was simply perfect. Cozy get away

Enjoyed the darkness at night. No light pollution. Calm whaler bay and the western deck was great to sit and read with the sunshine in the afternoon. Easy access to the whole island. Wood stove was burning all the time and great heat for this time of year. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, spices and oils for cooking were plentiful. Great place to hang out for your island vacation. We’ll be back when we get back to Galiano.

Good time

Serendipity is in a great location, 5 min walk to Cain beach and Babes delicious pizza’s. Kitchen is well stocked and deck gets lots of sun, we swam and used our floaties off the property most days, would love to stay again.

I am a professional who specializes in grief and loss. I live in Vancouver but get over to Galiano to unplug as many times possible though-out the month. I am easy going, and enjoy meeting people and am pleased to be able to share this cabin so others can enjoy a little piece of heaven on earth.
I believe, we all need a special place to unwind and reconnect to ourselves which is why I bought it many years ago.

Its located close to the main ferry terminal ( Sturdies Bay) and is walking distance to the amenities ...... Situated in Whalers Bay, the cabin has a beautiful energy to it..

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sparkling, emerald green water and a beautiful deck too enjoy the wildlife and view makes the place unique and calm.......I love the serene and peaceful setting, amongst the trees and wildlife. Serendipity is so close to Cain beach, and a hop skip and jump from the shops and ferry terminal. It's an easy commute if you are travelling on foot.
