An additional pool heater fee - minimum of three days activation at $50 a day. Any additional days usage is $50 per day. Fee not included with booking
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours 8 PM to 7 AM. No fireworks on property. Must be 28 years of age for booking. No overnight guests.
No guest at the property outside of the number of guests stated in booking. Owner will allow visitors only if approved by homeowner.

The layout was comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen (including quality cookware and plenty of dishes), fast Wi-Fi, and very comfortable beds—something we really appreciated after long days out.The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Vacation / Race Getaway

Overall the home and stay was amazing. The only time we were really there was in the evenings because we attending the NHRA races at Firebird Raceway. Came all the way down from Wyoming, after a 20hr drive it felt like You just got home and can relax. Had no issues at all, very beautiful and spacious home. If You’re looking for the perfect vacation getaway home, look no further because the home is great, beds are comfortable, literally anything You need and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and if I go back down for a weekend I would definitely stay again!
