The property was even better than advertised. Spacious and clean. RetailCenters and restaurants were in close proximity. The host stayed in touch and verified check in and checkout went smoothly. The pool was very clean with a shallow and deep end with a basketball goal. This is a great place to stay and I hope to stay here again in the near future.

Pam has done an amazing job at making this property feel like home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks. Each bedroom has an amazingly comfortable bed with extra linens and blankets. Both bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and a ton of towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! We spent a lot of time in the pool! Check in and out was a breeze and Pam was responsive to any questions we had.

We were in Friendswood for my nephew’s wedding. The house was amazing! It was so clean and inviting! The decor and furnishings are beautiful! My family and I were so impressed with how well stocked the house is. We have stayed in some pretty incredible homes, but this house, hands down, is the most thoughtfully stocked home we have ever stayed in. It is so disappointing to spend lots of money on a beautiful home, and then find that there is only one towel allotted per guest, cheap toilet paper, the bare minimum cooking supplies, no pantry for food to be stored, no spices, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. This home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The bathrooms have an abundance of soft towels and makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The laundry room has all your needs, as well. The pool and backyard seating areas are lovely, too! The beds are so comfortable, and the bedrooms, as well as the entire home, were beautifully decorated We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every room was spotless, organized, and comfortable, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get to everything we needed while still feeling safe and peaceful. The hosts were incredible—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The home was fully stocked with great amenities, so much so that we realized we really didn’t need to bring anything extra.Overall, this was a top-tier experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free stay!

Truly enjoyed

Live out of town and rented this for a family gathering. The place has a welcoming Texas vibe, entered into a greeting gift which was a nice surprise. The place is supplied much more than I have ever seen which made it so easy to prep things for the gathering. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing GEM in Friendswood

This house was our blessing! Rented for a week because construction on our current home. It is pet friendly and accommodated my entire family including our two dogs. House is immaculate and pool is amazing! It truly felt like home for my family, including my pups, and I cannot thank the host enough for her hospitality! This home is a GEM in our area and the hostess is a wonderful woman and very accommodating! Thank you for our stay and I will recommend this to anyone coming into this area!

A must stay!!

We rented this house to spend the holiday with family and it was nothing but a hit from all that entered and saw through photos! The host was nothing but amazing. She responded to messages immediately or in a timely manner. She made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the propane tank was filled and ready to go! They had things for all ages outside and inside. It was in a very peaceful neighborhood and was a vacation we all enjoyed. We will be renting this one again and definitely recommend it to anyone.
