Este condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso con piscina y vistas del Golfo. Se condominio capacidad para cuatro personas con una nueva cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio y un nuevo doble sofá cama en la sala de estar. La unidad tiene dos montado en la pared televisores de pantalla plana y WiFi gratuito! Ven a disfrutar de una estancia tranquila o simplemente una escapada rápida para relajarse. Nota: 1 semana de estancia mínima.

Este condominio se encuentra justo al otro lado de la calle de acceso a la playa pública y está a poca distancia de una variedad de restaurantes y tiendas locales. Hay una gran piscina climatizada, apartada de la calle por la privacidad de esgrima. Hay sillas de la sala para el bronceado, y una cabaña tiki para relajarse en la sombra. Una parrilla de barbacoa y tejo se facilitan para su uso, y hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas en el sitio. *** Por favor, tenga en cuenta: aparcamiento para esta unidad se limita a un vehículo. estacionamiento adicional en el área está disponible. Madeira Beach está situado justo al oeste de San Petersburgo y tiene 2. de 5 millas de hermosas playas y espumosos aguas del Golfo de México. Comfortable Stay across from the Beach

Condo was comfortable and well equipped, including beach chair and towels. Public beach was an easy walk across the street and grocery stores were close. Reef restaurant was a short walk as well.

When we walked in the

Nice affordable getaway

This condo is in a small complex in a great location. Restaurants and John's Pass are walkable. Ocean and beach access are across the street and easy to get to. Property manager was great to work with, answered all questions promptly. The only issue we had there was the wifi. It only worked in certain spots and always got kicked off the network. Other than that it was a great week vacation with no stress!

Great location, only walking distance to the beach

The review is not exactly for this place, because the first day we arrived the place had some AC issues so we had to be relocated to a near unit in the same complex for a couple days and for our last day to a different building. This is mainly to thank the property management for accommodating our family and give us options so we can continue with our planned vacation, and so we did. We had a great time, specially in the last unit we stayed. Big Thanks!!

A ruined week

We picked this condo based on the 22 exceptional reviews on VRBO. We were completely shocked to pull up to an old motel style condo in disrepair...from the broken sign to the piles of garbage on the sidewalk outside the pool and stairs to our room. The interior of the room was no better...the advertised new king bed was not new, not even a headboard, the carpet was heavily stained, and the whole place needed a renovation. We stayed because we arrived at night but called the property mgr the next morning and said we would like a partial refund so we could leave. She said that wouldn't be possible but we were insistent so she said she would contact the owner. Meanwhile, that day there was construction going on below us. They were using jackhammers all day in a room by the pool. The property manager denied that there was construction going on even while we could plainly hear it outside our room. The only outdoor sitting area was in the hall outside the room right above the construction, or at the pool (which was not usable due to the noise and dust), directly facing the workers. We would call the property mgr each day to check on status of refund, and each day she would tell us they were unable to contact the owner. I should mention that she was very rude as well - she tried to shame us saying didn't we realize they had a hurricane there? We were not asking for a perfect condo but we shouldn't be misled either. We left after 4 nights and no resolution.

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of our guests. We understand your concerns about the condition of the property, you came in shortly after 2 major hurricanes and there were people that just were happy to be there to have a roof over their head. You could tell this from the area at the time. The king size bed itself (mattress and box spring is new) There is no headboard shown in the pictures. There is however a brand new couch, and a brand new rug that was there when you arrived. The property just the pool fence installed. We also regret that you had to deal with the noise and disruption from the construction which was from a unit below that lost everything. Compasion would be kinder. We did not know the work was being done and it was one day of flooring removal. Regarding the refund request, we understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We are not liable for what others do during business hours. It is in our contract as well. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for our future guests.

Great place to stay

It was just the right size for my partner and I to stay It was so convenient to walk over to the beach. Also you could walk anywhere to eat or drink. It's very close to St Johns Pass, so we walked there one night. Everything was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend the place for anyone with 2-3 people. I would come back and stay again.

Great place for getting to know Madeira Beach

This easy rental condo in a central spot in Madeira Beach was great for our purpose. Simple efficient kitchen, lovely heated pool, great proximity to public beach access, and quiet happy clientele in the other units. Not glamorous but very much up to the task of giving us a relaxing stay on the Gulf that we were hoping for.

Great get away

Clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen has everything anyone would need. Also the place is a very short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas can be rented. John's Pass is 1.4 miles away. We would definitely stay there again.
