Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away.



Our little piece of paradise is perfectly setup for vacationing and relaxing with lush landscaping, an island style tiki hut for socializing and BBQ grilling, a beautiful heated pool, as well as a full inventory of bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and games exclusively for our Guests' use.



This cottage, affectionately known as "Sweet Jasmine" offers:

For the most part things were ok. There were no beach chairs and we had to rent them at the beach. There was no 400 of free fun activities. The host did put in a larger mirror when we suggested it.

Sweet Jasmine was such a cute cottage. Very comfortable and clean. The pool is small but it was heated and there were lots of chairs to use poolside. The outdoor areas are great! Such a luxury to have grilling and outdoor relaxing areas while traveling. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. A short block and a half walk to the ocean, walking distance to Johns Pass and short drives to lots of great tourist spots. We had a microwave fuse issue and they fixed it quickly. Bathroom blinds need to be replaced but when I messaged them about the damaged blinds they offered to replace them while we were there but we didn't feel that was necessary as long as it's taken care of for the next guests. Very happy with our stay there!

Excellent Location

This comfortable cottage is close to the beach and St. John’s Pass and has all of the amenities needed for a family, including beach equipment, bikes, firepit, and a pool.

If you like to be able to walk to the beach, food and shopping this is the place to stay! They had everything we needed for the beach also which was a bonus. On site laundry. I'm very particular and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

We had a few kinks but they were addressed quickly. All in all it was a wonderful mini vacation the grandchildren loved it. 1 block from beach and short walk to St. John’s Pass. Cottage was cute and the kitchen equipped for cooking pretty much what ever you want to make.

Literally 5 minutes from the beach. Garage full of stuff for the beach (kayaks, Boogie board, paddle boards, BEACH CRUISERS, cooler, and even beach toys) 10 minute walk to John Pass and bars and grills 2 good bars to check out Salt Water Hippie and The Brass Captain

Soul renewal

When I first saw the cottages I was really happy. The beautiful yellow Spanish design cottage withe the tile roof. Love the architecture of the buildings. The great tiki area, the cute little pool and especially the gas firepit. Great location. Waking distance to the beach, restaurants and John's Pass. Perfect location.

Perfect location!

This cottage is the perfect location for walking everywhere!! It could have been a little cleaner “in the corners” but was a great spot to stay for the week. We loved the fire and enjoyed it every evening with the other people staying at the cottages. The “extra” bonus of the garage items for use was fabulous, bikes, paddle boards and life jackets were enjoyed every day! We definitely would stay again!!

Spring Break 2023

We LOVED our time at your cottage. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable, clean and super cute! Loved the communal areas (I will miss the Tiki Bar -- coffee in the mornings sitting there was awesome -- as were cocktails in the evening) and the location was perfect. Day two we found our blender did not work and it was replaced the very same day. Very responsive! We have been coming to the Madeira Beach area for years and we just happened upon your places at the 11th hour this year -- so very happy we did! Overall great vacation. Thank you for all you do!

Good - but needs work

Second time staying here. The cottage is small but nice. It is an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We love they provide access to chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach. We had no car and just did a grocery delivery order for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch which would have worked out well, except every morning trying to make breakfast the breaker to the stove went out and we couldn’t finish cooking. Something is wrong with the stove (Sweet Jasmine Cottage) that it keeps flipping the breaker and had to send someone to flip it back. Otherwise, my only other complaint is that the other people staying here were so messy and had their items all over the place outside and completely took over the pool with all their towels and floats and toys everywhere even when they weren’t using it. Stuff was just everywhere and it looked trashy. Overall though, it was a good location and the cottage itself was nice and I enjoyed it.

Great stay at Sweet Jasmine!

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Jasmine. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Also, the beds were super comfortable- too often mattresses contribute to motion transfer. These did not🤩. A 5 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants at John’s Pass. The beach was also fabulous- there’s someone who rents umbrellas and loungers right on the beach. One thing to note, we had trouble with WiFi connectivity which is not a problem if you’re strictly on vacation. For my husband it was a huge problem because he was working remotely. Thanks to Jacob from the management office who really tried to help but the infrastructure probably needs a boost. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to couples or families. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and relax. The grounds were also beautiful and clean.

Just ok

I’ll begin with the positives… great location. Can walk to John’s Pass and the beach access is about a five minute walk. Now the negatives…I killed some pretty big cockroaches and found some already on their backs. Shower was super small and very old. Towels were rough. My last night there there were a group of guys that decided to go to the pool at 11:30pm (pool hours ended at 10:30). The pool was right outside my bedroom window. They didn’t leave until 12:30 and I’m not even sure they were staying there. There weren’t any tv instructions. There was a parking situation. I was told there would be a visitor parking spot and there wasn’t. They did allow the second car to park in the staff parking spot. It’s an ok rental but nothing above and beyond.
