The house was great for us and the owner was proactive, kind, flexible, and responsive. We had 6 individual thirty-something men (on a genuinely low-key bachelor weekend) staying there and it was a little tight for beds but we made it work between 3 main beds, a bunk bed, and the couches. Realistically, it would sleep 3 couples and 2 individuals comfortably, with the pull-out couch and normal couches still available in a pinch.
One oddity that was not clear to me (but wasn't a problem for us): the pull-out couch room had a completely open doorway - no door at all. It was also formed by a makeshift wall separating that room from a double bed room. Although the makeshift wall was permanent, there were gaps on either side of the wall, allowing occupants of either "room" to see and and hear each other completely. Even if you don't use the pull-out couch room, keep in mind that this particular double bed room does not have much real privacy due to the makeshift wall gaps combined with the lack of door in the pull out room. This whole section is on the far end of the upper story, though, so it is at least secluded. Like I said, this wasn't a problem for us, but I could imagine it being a surprise/problem for somebody else - my wife would not have been OK sleeping in there, for example.
The location was great and the combined kitchen/living room area was perfect for socializing. The views out of this area were amazing and the house was very close to a lot of different activities - too much for us to get to in a single weekend! All house instructions were simple and easy to follow - there wasn't much to do for cleanup, either.
My only minor personal complaints are very minor indeed: the stove is electric, the BBQ is in a weird place (not to be moved), and the TVs were definitely small and dated. It feels a little petty to comment on those but I'm just trying to be fully transparent. Overall, we were extremely happy with our time there.
