Home Away From Home Welcome to our Home… Here are a few helpful tips for the house. Please feel free to call us if you have any concerns or issues. Pam (501) 622-7878 • Thermostat is located in the living room • The trash is picked up every Monday morning. Here is a list of items you need to bring: • Paper products (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, etc.) We leave extras! There will be a starter roll of toilet paper plus one for bathrooms and a roll of paper towels plus one for kitchen. • Beach blankets and towels • Beach footwear (the concrete can get hot, hot, hot! And the lake bottom is squishy.) • Beach chairs for down by the water. (You’re welcome to take the chairs from the deck area, just please return them before checkout.) • Trash bags (small starter pack provided) • We supply some firewood and starter, but you may want more! • Extra propane. (We have a propane grill available for your grilling pleasure.) Before you leave, please do the following to keep from any additional charges: • Wash dishes (Put in dishwasher and start) • Put bedspreads and pillows on bed and dirty linens on the bathroom floor. • Close blinds—set A/C (80) or heat (60)—Lock all doors! Return key to key safe! • Bag all trash before putting in the trash container please. Take trash out to cart. Just a little note to make your stay a little more enjoyable… • Trash pickup is on Monday morning. • Since we are a private home, we do not have a maid service as a typical hotel would. However, if there is a need in the meantime for maid services please just let us know. (Anything from new linens to a complete cleaning can be taken care of for an additional fee.) 501-622-7878 • Please be sure to follow check out procedures. (Attached) • If anything is unacceptable, please let us know! We want you to just have to sit back and vacation!!!!!! Thank you! Home Away From Home Rental Rules Smoking is allowed outside only. 1. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. 2. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises of others whom they invite to use this premises. 3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 4. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 5. Pets are not allowed. 6. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from home. 7. Water and septic: The property is on a city sewer system. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. No feminine products should be flushed at any time and grease should not be emptied into drains. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged accordingly. 8. Please do not rearrange furniture. If damages occur tenant will assume responsibility. 9. Loss of keys will result in a replacement fee of $30 subtracted from the deposit. NO refund will be given if occupancy is terminated as a result of a violation of our rental regulations. We reserve the right to discontinue occupancy if in our sole opinion the tenant is engaging in activities that are detrimental to the premises. Other Termination of Agreement Due to unforeseen circumstances, the owner reserves the right to terminate contract at any time.
