Kitchen is fully stocked and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon grilling on the covered back patio. There is high speed internet available, that can be accessed from all points of the home. Each bedroom features a smart TV, wireless charging for your phone and an alarm clock. All bed and bath linens are provided. Home is conveniently located just minutes from lake Guntersville, City Harbor and downtown. Circle paved drive with a single car garage. Home is also handicap accessible with a ramp leading from the front of the home to the covered back patio. Motion lights recently installed on all 4 corners of the home.

Fantastic place to stay.

Super clean, super quiet and PLENTY of TVs. Host could not have been any nicer. Health permitting our group of 6 - with youngest being 76 really did appreciate the low step in showers and outside ramp.

Awesome & perfect for our fishing trip

We had a great time. The house was as described and we appreciated the space. We had issues with hot water, dish washer leaking and the pump going out on the washing machine. We had a handy crew so we addressed a few of these and the property manager was helpful, fun and kind but we still had challenges.
