- Prickly Pear Suite (Master Bedroom - Sleeps 3): 1 king bed and 1 twin daybed. Ensuite bathroom. Smart flatscreen tv, desk, vanity light, and blackout shades.

- Pink Cactus Bedroom (Guest Bedroom - Sleeps 2): 1 queen bed with Smart flatscreen tv and blackout shades.

- Desert Oasis Bedroom (Guest Bedroom - Sleeps 2): 1 queen bed with Smart flatscreen tv and blackout shades.

• 2 Bathrooms: Newly renovated with stylish finishes and spa-like amenities to ensure comfort throughout your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Each bathroom has a blow dryer.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, and cooking supplies. Air fryer, toaster and Ninja Coffee maker. Refrigerator has filtered water and ice maker.

Property was nice, pool was fantastic, interior was open and appeared like a big space. Rooms and beds were nice. The location was great short walk to a nice walking path and easy drive to anywhere. The are offers fantastic hiking trails, and spring training ball fields. Big city and small towns all very close.

Lovely well stocked home in a great location

This was the perfect property for our weekend trip to Phoenix. The place was well stocked with everything we needed and had all the amenities we were looking for. Super comfortable beds and excellent communication with the hosts. If I am back in the area I will absolutely be booking this place again.

Nicely updated home with everything we needed for a winter AZ get-a-way!

Lovely property that has been nicely updated. House was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We flew into Sky Harbor and it was easy to get back and forth from the airport. Scottsdale location was great for all of our activities. Thank you!!!

Lovely short stay for our small family

This was an ideally situated "home base" for us to check out ASU where our daughter will be attending starting in the fall. The inside of the house is nicely done, with more than enough room and amenities for our family of three. The backyard I want as my own. The pool was a bit cool for late March, but still felt nice to soak our feet after long days of running around. Our hosts communicated everything perfectly and all went off without a hitch. Thanks for having us!

Good overall but needs some work

The house was very cute and very clean. The pool was amazing! There were definitely some modern upgrades done in the kitchen and bathrooms but there were a lot of little things that needed work. The closet doors couldn’t open without falling off the hinges. One of the gorgeous fans in the living room was coming off the ceiling. Some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were falling off/apart. All in all it was fine. But attention to a few details would make the price more justified.

This home was a great fit for four adults, including 2 seniors and a small dog. The home was very clean and welcoming, with everything well taken care of, including the pool--which was VERY nice compared to a few others in Tempe rentals we have stayed at in the past 2 years. Beds were comfy, and air conditioning worked quickly and quietly. There are plenty of bath as well as pool towels. A few things to note, but nothing that deterred us are as follows. The washer and dryer are accessed from an outside door in a storage area that is quiet dusty and messy (suggest the owners take 2 hours to clean this up a bit). The kitchen is a bit shy on what I would consider basic utensils/tools (no veggie peeler, could use a couple more newer pots/pans, stopper for sink to be able to fill with water). There are no tall glasses --only shorter glasses and insulated-type water bottles--for drinks. There is limited storage in the kitchen cabinets to store non-perishable items (we were there for 2 weeks so bought a lot of groceries). The master en suite is VERY small, but it is nice to have 2 bathrooms. The only way to watch TV is through apps/streaming service, and this is not noted anywhere (we had to create an account with some of these, though the owner did offer to let us use one of hers). The home is located very near a public area with walking path and grassy area with some trees, which was great for early morning and evening dog walks. Great stay overall and would rent again!
