We have outfitted this property with many details so that you will feel at home while you are on vacation. When you arrive, as a part of your welcome package, you will see a detailed list of every item in the home. We are very grateful for you taking care while you spend your time in beautiful Cartagena. A detailed inventory will be taken within 2 hours of checkout and any items missing or damaged will be charged to your account.

We do not charge a cleaning fee and the expectation is that guests maintain cleanliness and organization of the home throughout their stay. We can recommend an employee to cook and clean for you during your stay at the normal market rate. Of course we do a deep clean between each booking, including washing all bedding, linens and towels as well as detailing the kitchen and bathrooms to maintain a high level of sanitation. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee to any guest who leaves the home a mess.

Lira and Steve are available to help you with any advice or planning for your time in Cartagena to maximize your enjoyment. Our daughter Luisa is a licensed tour guide in Cartagena and speaks Spanish, English and German. This condominium is our vacation home and is outfitted with many details and amenities so that it can be your refuge with everything you need to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with gourmet pots and pans, cooking utensils, a full set of plates and dishes for 8, silverware, and there is ample seating on the two balconies on which all rooms open to the outside. We can help arrange for an employee to cook and clean for you during your stay. We love it here and so will you!

The resort is still under construction. Workers are present from 7:30 AM until 6 PM. From time to time the Jacuzzis and saunas are not available. The beach is open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. Paddle boards may be used when available.
