Nestled in the desirable mid-island location, this inviting condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking Gulf Coast scenery. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a relaxing escape with friends, you'll have everything you need to enjoy the best of island living.

Wake up to the sound of the waves, sip your morning coffee on the private screened lanai, and spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine on the sugar-white sands just steps from your door. After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 603 Highlights: Located on the 6th floor. Direct Gulf-front. Sleeps up to 5 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: two Twin beds) 2 Bathrooms. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.

As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Trolley and Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.

Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.

Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

Lovely property, beautiful setting, great beach!

Property was very nice & had everything we needed! Beach is beautiful, great pool, perfect location. We enjoyed the lanai at all times of the day. Condo is perfect size for four people. Everyone we met from the office, owners, renters, maintenance couldn’t have been any nicer. This was our first trip to FMB & would definitely come back & stay at Caper Beach Club again! Thanks for a great experience!
