Beautiful Spot

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The pool area was great. Appreciated having access to shuttle/taxi service and used this to get around.

Nice house but a little remote

The property was very nice and clean. I was surprised to find out that all bedrooms were upstairs, which I did not recall from the listing. It is a little outside the main areas for tourists although very quaint and quiet.

Very decent..

Overall please expect a very decent stay at the property. Note that there are multiple Villa's at the location. Exterior comments: clean, no rubbish, property could use foliage cut back, but no issues. Location is a bit off the beaten path but is close to Paradise Island. Property is secured with a guard and is gated with circular "prison wire" for fence jumpers. No parking issues. The picture is entirely misleading as that will not be YOUR villa in front of the pool, but I think it is a club like facility where you can get food, etc. We went to the first hot tub/pool and were underwhelmed. But later found the main pool.....and it is indeed totally beautiful and as blue as the photo...and it is quiet and that changed everything for me. Wonderful tropical spot to lay and get some rays. That pool gets 5 stars! Interior Comments: Overall it is comfortable. The bathroom shower tiles need a good scrubbing to rid the mold and the J&J bathroom really needs to have the grout redone. Overall all the floors everywhere need a serious scrub and power wash to bring out the brightness. No pics on the wall, so not homey feeling, but you are not home! The kitchen has a bad ant problem. Leave food out on the stove area and be prepared for extra protein! All appliances worked. Floors were not well cleaned and messaged the host and 15 mins later a very nice crew came by and cleaned everything up. VERY RESPONSIVE HOST! VERY comfy beds. Overall I would stay again

Great villa stay

The villa worked great for our two-generation adult family of 5. We loved the location in an upscale neighborhood close to Montague Bay and a shopping center with supermarket. It was within walking distance of Paradise Island. Potters Cay, good restaurants, and even downtown Nassau for our more vigorous members. We loved having a local experience, including a sailing regatta festival with live music and a Junkanoo parade. We did not rent a car, so we used taxis, which worked well after we built up relationships with several drivers.

Great Find!

The property was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, friendly and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Bahamas. It was walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach, but not easy finding taxis. They did provide a shuttle service at a cost that was very convenient and cheaper than a taxi. If you are looking for nightlife and party scene this would not be the best location!

My family and I stayed in two of the villas. Both were amazing! The grounds are clean, peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in a few weeks!
