Desde el momento en que entras en esta casa de campo de nueva construcción, ¡te sentirás como en casa! Al entrar, ingresa a un amplio espacio de concepto abierto que incluye una espaciosa sala de estar con chimenea de gas y un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 ", una cocina muy bien equipada y techos abovedados. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size.

El espacio de arriba incluye 2 dormitorios grandes, el primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size y la otra habitación cuenta con una cama queen size. Este espacio de arriba también incluye una agradable sala de estar que da a la sala de estar inferior.

Mi espacio favorito en el hogar puede ser el nivel inferior. Este es un gran espacio abierto que incluye una segunda sala de estar con muchos asientos cómodos y un televisor de 55 ", una mesa de futbolín y una mesa de air hockey y dos literas, cada una con una cama individual en la parte superior y una cama de tamaño completo en la parte inferior. Este es un espacio perfecto para familias, ya que los adultos pueden estar arriba relajándose alrededor de la chimenea de gas mientras los niños están abajo viendo televisión y jugando juegos.

Para los esquiadores del grupo, la casa está a solo tres minutos de los refugios base Attitash y Bear Peak. ¿Quieres una pequeña aventura de invierno? Probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautiful, location is really great and the surrounding area is gorgeous!! The house is stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Our kids especially loved the basement and played down there a ton. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again

Amazing Stay

Our family of 10 stayed here for a long weekend! What a beautiful clean house with great accommodations for a big family. Great finished basement for kids to play! Conveniently located to all attractions. Can’t wait to visit again!

Bob the manager of the home was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. The home was very easy to find. The place was top notch, with more than ample room for three couples and more. The convenience of three full baths was so nice. All of the appliances were top of the line and everything was in working order. The home was very clean. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Terrible Experience

Please note that this was the 2nd time we have rented this property in the last 2 years. We are 3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids. First thing you notice are the cameras outside the hours in the front and the back. We booked the house for Friday - Monday of Columbus Day weekend. We had plans for Santas Village and Story Land. The house rules changed from the last time we rented and the max allowed was 8 people. We figured since the 4 additional guests were children, under the age of 5, that it would be ok since the house can technically sleep 16. On Saturday morning, we let the kids play on the deck while we got ready to leave for Santas Village. Within 2 hours, we received a phone call that we had too many people in the house. SO clearly, the owner of the home is watching live recordings. While at Santas Village, we get a call from the company that manages the rental telling us that the homeowner is kicking us out. I pushed back as we had CHILDREN with and the ride back home was almost 5 hours. I offered to pay $500 for the mistake made and assured them that it was not intentional, and we just want to keep the plans made for the weekend. The answer was still that we had to leave. Thankfully, the rental company allowed us to stay the night on Saturday but told us we had to be out on Sunday morning. I asked for money back since the trip was bring cut short and I was told no. I could understand if we were partying and being loud and disrespectful but none of that was happening and we offered to pay more. This was one of the worst experiences in a long time.

Lovely property. Very enjoyable and spacious house in a beautiful area. Well equipped. 3 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Only hitch was difficulty in finding the Wi-Fi information since it was buried in a basket under a table. Bob helped us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spacious Place

The house is great. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools to cook at home. Location is great. Internet is pretty good. Beds are comfortable. Rooms all have AC which was a huge plus during my stay in the summer. Communication with owner was great and super fast. I would stay here again if I'm in the area. TIP: You need to bring your own soap/shampoo for the showers as none of the bathrooms include this (not listed in the description-unless I missed it). Hand soap, and everything else (towels, bedding, pillows, etc) is included, just not soap/shampoo for the showers.

Great rental house!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Great kitchen and tons of space to relax. Pretty quiet neighborhood and lovely deck. We were disappointed, though, that the master bath isn't really a master bath -- it's the first floor bathroom and not as great as the other bathrooms (it has the smallest shower). We really didn't like that there were security cameras monitoring the front and back door. While we understand the necessity, we really wish we could have the option to turn them off during the time we're there. Couldn't help but wonder if there were more cameras hidden throughout the house... Finally, communication was less than ideal... We had to contact Bob with just a couple hours remaining before our reservation would be automatically declined. We've never experienced that before... We then were getting worried about how we would access the property, as no information was being updated in the VRBO app. We reached out to ask a question about the property. In response, Bob sent information about accessing the property. The house is great, though, and would be perfect for a large group, especially with kids who would make good use of the large basement area.

Christmas ski weekend

This house was the cleanest, well maintained property I’ve ever rented. Spent a long weekend over Christmas with family. Skied Attitash, Wildcat and Sunday River (only 1 hour away). Highly recommend for a ski weekend.

Great ski vacation

We had a great time staying here. The house was great- beds were comfy, kids loved all staying in the basement together (and kept them out of our hair haha) kitchen is well stocked! Cant beat the location for skiing! 2 minute drive! Even though the lift across the street wasn’t running during the week we were to still able to ski back to the house which was so nice!

Beautiful ski house rental

We loved this house. Everything seemed brand new, from the appliances, beds etc to the home itself. Very well maintained, clean and convenient. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us including small kids. We typically do 2 ski rental trips a year and this was our favorite house yet. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Fantastic for family ski vaca!

This house is fantastic! We had 3 kids and 3 adults and we could have had more! There are 2 rooms on top floor, master on main level, plus 4 bunks in basement (which has a few games and wall to wall carpet making it very cozy). The place is spotless, new and very comfortable. We did take a car to ski (unless you know how to cut through the woods it’s too far to walk to lifts) but the drop off couldn’t be easier. The parking lot is across the street from the lifts - all very easy to navigate. We managed to take 3 kids skiing (2, 6, 7yo) at the beginner area. There is a small lift which gave us the perfect little run fir the kids. The property manager is local and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great option for families with kids.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our time in this house. The basement is a great room for kids, 2 bunk beds and large living/game room. The kitchen is well supplied and big enough to cook meals in. We weren't there during ski season but the mud room would be great for jackets, gloves and helmets.

Hiking Getaway

What a wonderful visit to Tall Woods Home. Our group of 10 avid hikers thoroughly enjoyed this home after long days on NH’s rugged trails. The house was well stocked to cook and eat in nightly. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening. Would love to come back again!
