Harbour Tower 315: Beautiful Gulf views from the 3rd floor screened-in balcony. Enjoy sunsets every night over the sparkling waters, barrier islands and Sanibel, FL in this vacation rental. This unit is well-appointed with a delightful palate of neutral, cranberry, dark yellow and green tones to make up an appealing Florida style decor. Equipped with newer appliances, furniture, and crown molding throughout. There is a TV with DVD Player in the living room and both bedrooms. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while watching for dolphins in the water below! King bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate soaking tub in the master bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 people. The vacation rental condos at Sanibel Harbour demonstrate why guest service is our first priority.

Beautiful view and private

Property was maintained and clean. It had a nice veranda with a table and chairs and a reclining chair. It was screened in and had a good view. It was a private section of the ocean and beach. Very relaxing.

Great stay

The condo was clean and parking was ample. Close to Publics and Walmart for shopping. We enjoyed watching the boats go by on our screened in porch. Easy trip to Captiva where we rented a boat and did some great shelling on an out island. We'll be back! Thank you.

Harbour Tower Room Review

Very nice and comfortable. Easily accessible. Only minor complaint would be the master bath could be updated and a the master bedroom carpet cleaned better around the walls. Otherwise, we enjoyed the convenience of the pool, the beach and the restaurants nearby. We would stay again and would recommend to friends and family!!

Amazing Views

The condo was very clean and everything was just as advertised. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. I cannot say enough about the view and watching dolphins play while drinking our coffee. Sunsets were magical and we could view from private beach or our balcony. Within short driving distance of Sanibel and Captiva and enjoyed dining and playing at those beaches as well. Would come back for sure!

First time condo rentals on VRBO

Great location to Sanibel, private, not alot of traffic and close to Fort Myers. Condo was nice had to let lotta nice interior amenities and the balcony view was beautiful! There was still construction do to Ian but understandable. Disappointed the heated pool was closed when we were told it was open. Check in information was not clear regarding condo number, but overall stay was enjoyable!

Being tall or over 60 can be difficult

Great layout, love the deck/porch. Kitchen was perfect and location was ideal. I am 6-2 and over 60. The toilets appeared original and so low as to need to grab the door frame to get up. Similar to living room furniture. Suggest to replace at least one of the toilets to ADA/comfort height or add grab bars.

Overall good location and property

Condo was clean and well kept but was pretty dated. Quiet area with great views of the water from the condo. We saw dolphins when sitting on the balcony in the morning. Just have to go over the bridge to Sanibel and Captivating island. Be prepared to pay a $6 every time you go over. We used the spa services which were excellent but the spa itself could use an update. Wish that they had their own workout facilities, if you use the Marriott gym, there is a cost.

Frowning over our trip

This unit is in poor condition and we were disappointed in the accommodation in general. It is a shame because the condo building has such potential. Of course we were there just after the storm (January) and were unable to stay in the unit we had reserved. Just generally a disappointment.

Trip with 2 grandchildren.

Condo was perfect for a vacation with our grandchildren (14 & 18). Great location. Had a problem with the air conditioning which was immediately resolved. Would highly recommend.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing. Loved the condo and the area. The view is absolutely as pictured. We did see dolphins a few times. We would be so happy to rent this home again. It was great. Very lovely. I can’t say enough. All the reviews are accurate. I have zero complaints. It’s in a perfect location as well. Quiet but by everything. Love love love. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Very Nice!

The room is as described. Dated (which I knew) and very clean. Spectacular sunsets from the deck! Even better than the sunset cruise!! Pool is nice. Very small beach but nice place to relax. It’s not located with all the action but everything is pretty close so driving isn’t a big deal. Would recommend a car rental. Make sure you check the smaller bedroom closet of 315. We hadn’t done that for a few days and found some beach supplies! So, we added 2 chairs, an umbrella and a spike to secure it on the beach along with the other things already in there. Rental staff was very friendly and we were even able to check in a little early. Very good experience!
