Paradise

Clean with everything you could need. fantastic view and sunsets. On occasion there is noise from the service yard to the Hotel next door but not too much. Would stay again.

Winter Vacation 2022

My wife and I had a great week vacation staying at this condominium unit in Bay View Tower. It was very clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. We liked the wrap around balcony and the ease of getting in and out of the condominium. The check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. This was our first stay in this unit but our second stay in the condominium complex. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and the complex. It would be well suited for families of all ages as it is close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. There are lots of good restaurants near by.

Noisy neighbors

Loud plumbing noise sporadically throughout the days and nights. Disturbing to sleep. Wished the spa or tennis club could be used. Pool closed at dusk. good area , nice view, and loved the balcony.

Too Noisy, But Nice Place

This condo is NOT on Sanibel Island - my big mistake! Should have looked at the map more closely. There is not a great beach area. No grills to use. No use of pool or hot tub after dusk. Hot tub jets didn’t work the entire week we were at condo. Very loud location. Condo is located at the end of building adjacent to dumpsters. Every morning at around 7 am the garbage truck would come - loud beeping noise and thundering banging from emptying dumpsters. Also very heavy boat traffic all day long of loud boats going very fast past condo from marina further up the way. Condo itself was nicely equipped and beautifully decorated. If you don’t mind all the noise, this place is a gem. It just wasn’t what we were looking for, unfortunately.

Great Stay at Bay View Towers

We enjoyed our stay at Bay View Towers. Being close to the bridge to Sanibel Island was a definite plus, and the little beach on the bay by the towers was neat too. Our view from the deck was spectacular! We loved sitting out watching boats and sunsets on the bay. Everything was clean and the unit had all we needed and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Condo 731

We enjoyed the condo and surrounding property. The outdoor space was great. I do think they need to get new outdoor furniture at least new cushions. Also new mattresses. Just some sprucing up. Great stay though!

Wonderful property!

I highly recommend this property. It was clean, well equipped and had amazing views. Right down to the dolphins that swam by in the mornings. What a wonderful way for my sister and I to spend time together reconnecting!

A Lovely View!

We enjoy staying at your lovely condo. It was very relaxing. We liked the color scheme and beach-themed decor. A couple of suggestions, a little more TLC is needed, such as including more pans to cook in the oven, a few staple condiments, and some kind of bug zapper for the porch, as it was loaded with mosquitoes the last day so we could not even go out on it. We don't know if there is a hole in the screen or what, but we didn't want to be bitten. Other than that we had a nice time. 😊

Wedding Planning

The condo has many items in disrepair. Broken shade on sliding door, broken latch on shutter, mismatched linens. Terrible pillows...very yellow and smelly. So many decorative items with dust. Fake plants with hardly any leaves on them...brittle. Washing machine flooded the unit. Couldn’t be repaired, so we were without laundry facility. Agent offer laundry service on 2nd day. We had no other way to do laundry the rest of our week’s stay. Throw rugs throughout were not clean. Accent pillows were questionable. Balcony furniture cushions are old and saggy. We love Sanibel Harbour and know the resort/condos quite well. Very disappointed in the condition of the condo.

Great stay!

Exactly what the photos looked like, it was a great trip and stay! Will definitely recommend to others. Plenty of restaurants to walk to, we just used an Uber. 15 minute drive to Sanibel

Turkey week stay.

Great property. I loved the location. It’s down the road away from all the busy areas, but close enough to not feel like it takes forever to go do something. Has most everything you’d want or possibly need on vacation. Beach supplies like umbrellas, chairs, towels, and some buckets for sand castles. Great pool downstairs, and nice beach near the building and the pool. Lots of dvds and with the smart TV we used our Netflix login on the tv which was good for the kids. Had coffee filters above the microwave and a lot of kitchen appliances of most we didn’t use but if you had the desire to make frozen drinks there’s even a blender for you. Many thanks for leasing out to us. It was a well received trip to see my family for thanksgiving. We did our best to leave it in good shape. Oh and the view, ugh yeah not that bad. Very great full thank you.

5 great days

We spent five days at the property in October. The unit was perfectly clean. The view of Sanibel Harbour was absolutely stunning. Great sunsets. Short drive over the causeway bridge to Sanibel and Captiva. Nice little private beach also very nicepool area I would definitely come back!

Sanibel Harbour Condo

A delightful property which was immaculate, very spacious, very well furnished with modern updated appliances but best of all was the walk round balcony which afforded superb views. The complex itself was very well maintained with the pool being cleaned daily and the lawn areas very tidy.: the parking was easy in the spacious car park with the supplied permit. Check in and obtaining the keys was very easy, we will definitely return.

A wonderful experience

Wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting out on the screened in balcony and enjoyed the view. Clean and well appointed kitchen. The condo was just what we expected.

Hot week in Fla

Great condo, had everything we needed. Location was great as well. Only down fall was the pool area closed at "dusk" which was 8PM for the association. With the weather being 95 degrees to 100 degrees we wanted to be in the pool area. But security kicked us out every night.

Very nice condo!

If we could move this condo to a little less popular area, it would be perfect! The condo itself was very nice! Loved the corner unit with 2 balconies and the pool! The only negatives were the beach being quite a bit smaller than I originally thought and being right next to the Marriott made it kinda noisy if were were sitting out on the balcony. Between the humming of their “machines” that run on a daily basis to the clinking of the garbage/recyclables being dumped (like all the glass breaking, etc). Made it difficult to hear the waves and beach sounds. All in all, it was a nice spring break! Thank you!

Breathtaking view. Great location.

My friend and I loved the condo, its proximity to the Marriot Hotel and especially the view from the screened lanai. The sunsets are spectacular!! The condo rooms were beautifully decorated, beds comfortable and unit was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was a little noisy at times being right next to the hotel, but early morning and evenings were really very quiet. Being next to a four diamond Marriott was however quite an advantage. We loved having the flexibility to just walk next door and have a fabulous meal at one of their restaurants or just stay in and cook something ourselves. The property management staff were exceptional. Having managed property myself I can attest to just how good they were at responding to anything you needed to know or want. All and all this was an awesome place to spend time out of the Canadian winter. I would absolutely book this unit again.
