Almost great
Just a few issues with the property. The toilet in the master bath did not work well. And it seemed hard to control the air conditioner and master bedroom was hotter than other parts of the unit.

Beautiful location and condo!
Well equipped condo! More than 4 beach chairs, several umbrellas, two bikes, more than enough dishes (could have used more cupboard space for our food!), comfortable beds, great views and best of all... the beach in the back yard! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Stunning location and condo! Definitely returning!
This property is a wonderful find. We have been to Sanibel several times and this condo is the best equipped and best situated one we have stayed at. We loved it so much we have already booked for next Christmas! My husband and I stayed for a week over Christmas with our 3 "kids" who are in their late teens and early twenties. The condo is spacious and immaculately clean. The view is even better than the pictures show. The beach is only a very short number of steps directly from the lanai. It was so easy to stroll back from the beach to grab a cold drink or a bite to eat. Sunrise views from the lanai every morning were incredible. The lanai was very private since foot traffic in front of it is was very minimal. Everything we needed for our stay was provided for. We ate in every day - the kitchen is equipped with more than everything we needed. The storage cupboard in the lanai has a large variety of beach items including high quality beach chairs, two excellent umbrellas, 2 coolers, beach toys etc. We really enjoyed the use of the two bikes as well! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms updated and spacious, the wifi works very well (all of us could use it at the same time and the speed was still good!), the condo is bright and has lovely decor. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was heated to a great temperature. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful. They clearly have pride in their condo and have gone out of their way to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience. Knowing that an on-island company was available in case any issues arose was helpful for us to know (although we had no issues!), and check-in with Royal Shell was extremely smooth. We had a wonderful time and hope to return more than once!!

Beautiful Gulf view. Very clean, quiet complex.
We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and peaceful. Walk right onto the beach to see the beautiful sunrise over Fort Myers. My only complaint was having to put away the dishes from the prior guests and finding out at the end of our stay. That there were two additional beach towels left in the dryer. Besides those very minor issues. I would stay on this property again in the future.
