On the Beach and just a few steps to the pool and tennis court. Few Sanibel condos are closer to the Gulf’s turquoise waves. The Mermaid Villa exceeded all our expectations! Location was perfect. Communication was stellar. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and within 5-10 minutes of several restaurants. We had an amazing week and would absolutely return!

The property is in a great location and the description provided is very accurate and you can see the beach from most of the rooms. The host was very communicative and responsive. The only con about the property is limited parking but we were able to figure it out without issue. I highly recommend this property for your next stay on Sanibel!!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, our kids loved being steps from both the beach and a pool. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was our first trip to Sanibel and we will be back!

Stay on Sanibel

Property was very close to beach and had easy access to points on interest on the island. We have visited Sanibel many times before and this experience did not disappoint.

Perfect beachside retreat

This is our second year at the Mermaid House and it is our favorite place to stay. The condo is nice and quiet and we are steps from the beach. Ed the owner is great to work with and we will definitely be returning in the future.
