About this property

Easy Walk to West Dennis Beach, AC, Linens, Kayaks & SUP

Our home is ideally located - 4/10 mile to West Dennis Beach and around the corner from Kelley’s Pond where you can launch provided Stand Up Paddle board/kayaks. Several popular establishments including the Sand Bar, West Dennis Yacht Club and Lighthouse Inn are also within walking distance. Also in the area is the brand new Love Farms. A farm to table restaurant with live outdoor music! Quiet neighborhood for scenic walks, bike riding, crabbing and enjoying beach life. Well equipped for families - we have a fully fenced in backyard, portable crib, blackout shades in all bedrooms, high chair, sand toys and wagon for beach trips. We also have beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, etc.

West Dennis Beach has a snack bar, bathrooms, lifeguards, and a playground. The two mile long beach is ideal for walking, jogging, sunrises and sunsets.

After your day of cape cod fun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the back deck for sunset. The interior features an open concept with plenty of space for gathering. Linens are provided. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do and look forward to hosting you.

Neat Home Close to the Beach

This home had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean when we checked in and the owners were available if we needed anything. We appreciated the fact that the home had throw blankets and lamps that made it cozy and comfortable. It's a short walk to both the beach and the nearby pond. Easy parking with plenty of spaces. Quiet, charming neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional !

The house is lovingly cared for , includes many amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper , soap, shampoo in outside shower, shed stocked with beach gear , kayaks….the decor is chic, clean and inviting . We felt at home , and the neighborhood is one of the best on Cape , walk to pond and ocean . TVs new, smart easy to use . Husband hooked into WiFi to work from “ home “ .We will be back !

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in this area for the past 10 years and finally purchased our dream vacation home. We are so excited to offer our guests the comforts of home while on vacation.

What makes this property unique

It is a great open space to relax with friends and family. A short walk to the beach and Kelleys pond launch across the street - for kayaking/paddle boarding. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Great area for bike riding, walks, crabbing and enjoying the beach life :)
