Situated right on the beach, Ocean Avenue Oasis offers breathtaking ocean views and direct access to shores. Wake up to the sound of waves, sip your coffee while watching the sunrise, or unwind with sunset strolls—all outside your front door.

This home was two separate duplexes converted into on large home with plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. Take a short walk around the block to Meg's Grill or Mia's Pizza for a quick meal between beach times. Take a 10 min stroll to downtown Lavallette for bars, restaurants & more shopping. End your day with at the bay to watch the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Book your stay today!

Great view. House had damage when we arrived, had to have a repair man come and make repairs. The BBQ are is not as shown in the pictures. Great location and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house was very clean when we came in. The location can't be beat. There were a few hiccups but all was worked out, except for the grill. The rental property manager is aware of the issues with the grill and hopefully it will be replaced. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect

We stayed with 10 people, including 5 kids from 2 months- 5 years old, and the house was perfect. We could have fit a few more people comfortably. The house is very clean, rooms are a good size, views and location are amazing. The house has lots of things for little kids which were a nice touch (crib, pack and play, stepstool, toilet covers, beach toys, beach chairs for kids and adults). The backyard is perfect. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group, and you simply cannot beat the view and location. I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. All bathrooms/showers were very clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was easy to work in, with large windows and doors to take in the view. The one feature I missed was an umbrella table for coffee on the upper deck in the morning. Communication was easy and responses were quick. Highly recommend. Hoping to go back next year.
