• Second-floor condo (no elevator). This is a second-floor condo in a shared building. While the community is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps or sounds from the units above.

Rental Agreement & Policies
• All guests must complete and sign a rental agreement after booking and upload a photo of a government-issued ID for age verification (must be 25+ to book).
• A refundable security deposit is required and will be held 2 days prior to arrival. To confirm your reservation, these steps must be completed within 24 hours.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Play Travel Protection to protect against unforeseen circumstances or non-refundable deposits. Please note that we do not offer refunds for inclement weather.
• No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking/Vaping property (including decks).
• Seasonal amenities (pools, tennis courts, grills) may occasionally close due to weather or maintenance.

This property was exactly what we needed for a vacation with our grandson! It is beautiful, clean, proximity to beach was excellent and we very much enjoyed the pool. Beach toys and chairs, small cooler, beach towels were available for our use as well.Mornings spent on the deck reading, enjoying coffee, later exploring the beach and surrounding areas including the aquarium, Macon Fort, various restaurants, venturing one rainy day to a children's museum in Jacksonville.

The condo was exactly as advertised in both written description and online photos. We found the condo to be incredibly clean, bright and stylish, and very accessible to the beach. The check-in process was seamless. Nicole (owner / host) is very timely, responsive, and thorough in her communication. She made us feel welcome and made the entire process easy. This is a great spot for a family of four (or five) with a close proximity to the beach. The interior decor was modern, clean and very beachy but also cozy feeling. Extremely comfortable beds! Also a well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the hostess Nicole and the check-in process was a breeze. My only complaint (and this isn’t even a knock on the property) but the pool within the complex didn’t have lights at night. They were there, but just wouldn’t come on. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to, each year we pick our kids up from camp in the area.
