Top floor, beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath luxury condo in Emerald Isle with two decks, one sound side and one ocean side. Watch dolphins from the breakfast-room window!

All the amenities. Immaculately kept. Newly painted each year. Updated flooring 2026. Perfect for small groups, families or couples.

Mild weather through the winter months. 65-70 degrees in November-February is not unusual. Family beach and area. Wide sandy private beach.

Family groups only. This is the most sought-after condominium complex in Emerald Isle.

Perfect stay

Property was exactly as stated, excellent location. Near to grocery stores, several restaurants. The view was gorgeous! The sound of the waves, collecting seashells each morning, I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

This was the most well-stocked place we've ever stayed! In addition to a ton of kitchen supplies, the pantry was full and there was toilet paper, soap, detergent and paper towels. PJ was very responsive and when we had an issue with the smoke detector, he had someone come take care of it first thing the next morning. The place was clean, close to the beach and no bugs.

Relaxing and quiet

Perfect Haven for a Get-Away

We loved staying at this lovely, bright and clean condo! The hubs and I loved sitting on the third floor deck that has an ocean view. We loved being a short walk to the beach and the beauty of the property. We will be back for sure!

Loved the complex. I had to pay 75 for linens and they weren’t quality at all they were the host’s personal linens. We stayed for 9 days and was not provided with any provisions to last through our stay for example 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No dish soap only 2 laundry pods no tissues or paper towels when people travel and rent a place we shouldn’t have to go buy all that stuff The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning as well

We have 3 kids and bought the beach house when the oldest two were small. Emerald Isle is the perfect beach for families with children.

Our condo is equipped with an three TVs, HBO, ESPN, Cable, AMC, Paramount, beach toys, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, skim board, high chair and pack-n-play.

The rate you see is discounted for those who want to provide their own linens. We can provide linens for an additional laundering/housekeeping fee.

Emerald Isle is the best family beach in North Carolina. Perfect for kids. Plenty to do, and really quiet in the off season. A small, friendly town, with wide beaches.

Kayak in the sound, spend the day at the beach, grill out on the lawn, swim at night in the pool. Spend a couple of hours at Fort Macon, or take a day trip to Harker's Island to ride horses on the beach. Ferry over to Cape Lookout and shell and enjoy the historic lighthouse. Spend a day checking out Beaufort, take a ferry ride and learn about Blackbeard's pirating in the area, go to the Maritime Museum (free) and see artifacts from his sunken ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge. Spend a morning or afternoon at the North Carolina Aquarium. Rent a pontoon or motor boat and travel the intercoastal waterway, dock and have lunch in quaint Swansboro.
