The property was beautiful and we got a lot of use out of the pool. House was fully stocked with all amenities and plenty of dishware. Daughter also loved the little kids room, it was her own retreat. Owner was quick with communication and very kind.

The host was amazing and very communicative. We had some bumps along the vacation but the host was amazing at getting those issues resolved. We loved the location and my kids loved the pool and all the kid toys they provided.

Our family of 8 had a great time staying here for a week! The large living areas that gave us plenty of space. The property was well maintained and was stocked with many items we needed to make our week as easy as possible! Our kids loved the pool and outdoor area! It was in a good neighborhood and easy access to beaches. Hosts were amazing to work with and very responsive.

Had a great stay here! The location was convenient for days at the beach. There’s a closet with beach toys, an umbrella, a few chairs, and a cooler - so helpful for us when flying in for the week! The house is spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the pool!! The hosts were responsive to questions. We’d gladly stay here again!

The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The house had everything we could possibly need and then some, and it was much larger than we expected. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and a real highlight of our stay. Best of all, the home is less than a ten-minute drive from a beautiful beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

I would give everything 10 stars if I could!! Everything exceeded our expectations! The property and neighborhood are lovely. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Very child friendly. Private, quiet setting. We had a gathering of local and out of town family to celebrate two graduations. It was absolutely perfect!! Amazing kitchen and great room. This is a perfect house for a large family or 2 families. There was space for everyone to sleep and relax plus 3 full bathrooms. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighbors!) and a canal in the backyard that attracts a variety of birds. This is a perfect location for exploring the area: Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key Beach, Clearwater Beach and John’s Pass. The pool and hot tub were perfect for evenings at home or escaping windy days at the beach. Our only “issue” was traveling with teens and running out of hot water when everyone (8 of us) needed to shower but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the house. Ryan is an excellent host and quick to respond.

Great location near the beach! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and relaxing. The yard was mowed the day we got there and they did blow all the grass clippings into the perfectly clean pool but we used the nets to clean it up. The house is well cleaned, large rooms and kitchen. The TV room is little hard to cool as 2 of the air vents don’t blow air and there is no fan. All the other rooms had good airflow and all had fans. There was a washer and dryer for us to use, which was great for the beach and pool towels. They supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the showers. The house was very kid friendly including a high chair, stroller, baby bath seat and pack n play, which was super nice as we had a 7 month old with us. Communication with the host was excellent, check in was smooth and easy and they even included a welcome bag with essentials. Overall good experience and great location!

The location was great. Property was excellent and Bel-Air and Indian rocks Beach Was very close and regret traveling to Clearwater and St Pete beach’s that were further away and overrun with people. If you stay I would recommend just stay close to home and value your time and don’t waste it traveling to the popular locations.The owners were very respectful and responsive before, during and after our stay.
