The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off all TV's, Arcade's, LED lights and room lights. Set the AC to 74 F in the summer, and the heat to 70 F in the winter.
- Do not clean or remake the beds. Leave as is. - Please check to make sure no personal items are being left behind. - Please report any damages to the host prior to your departure.
Please make sure that gas tanks are switched to "closed."
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note that an additional deep cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to ALL reservations with animals to maintain our hypoallergenic home.
No parties are allowed at this property. There will be a fee of up to $1000 for extra cleaning if a party is found to have taken place.
100% a none smoking. Violation will result in a minimum $1000 deep cleaning fee, used to rid the property of allergens by de-smoking the home.

Kid friendly home. Great layout for extended family to visit. All necessary items provided. The attractions of downtown were a short ride away. You could walk to them but we had a 9 month pregnant lady so we drove. Every thing was clean and ready for us.
