The property includes one private garage space for 1 vehicle. This is the only guaranteed parking spot at the home.
Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. The home is located next to a popular local brewery, so nearby parking may be limited during evenings, weekends, and special events.

At Southside Speakeasy, every arrival is intentionally timed and meticulously prepared. Departures are thoughtfully timed to allow for a meticulous reset of the space for our next guests. Early check in and late check outs are offered as an exclusive privilege, subject to availability.

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a welcome message with an offer to include upgrades to your stay, which include the request for an early arrival or late check out.

Please be aware, this is a townhome with 4-stories of stairs. The main living area is on the 2nd level and there are bathrooms located on the ground and 3rd floors.
