Great place! Clean and easy to access, cute furnishings and great quiet location. The listing says it’s 3 bedrooms, however it is only 2. The “3rd bedroom” is actually a pull out in the kitchen/living area. We were a little bummed about that. Overall a great place stay and would totally stay there again. Thanks for a fantastic landing place for a few nights!

This townhouse was comfortable and conveniently located for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands. We really appreciated the full kitchen complete with appliances and plenty of table settings and cooking utensils. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer to use.The one downside for us was that the unit faced the highway. We're not used to sleeping with the noise of traffic going by.Host was quick to answer questions we had.

Perfect spot for our Moab adventure. Great spot just out of town, quiet, and beautiful with the rim rock view. Kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We visit Moab several times a year, this time we brought our niece and our 9 week old daughter. This town home was comfortable for the whole family.

This was a wonderful property full of amenities. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. There was such a huge variety of spices. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and blankets and the bathrooms all had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kent was very responsive. We would like to stay again next year when we go.

Fantastic stay!

We were here over spring break and had a terrific time. The townhouse is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bath. The lower level has a sofa sleeper (which my son says is one of the more comfortable he's slept on) and a half bath. We loved the Moab area and easily visited Arches, Canyonland, Dead Horse and the Salt Flat Rec Area. Would 100% stay at this townhouse again, our family (plus dog) loved it and was very impressed.

Awesome!

Great location to Arches and Canyon Lands. The townhouse was super clean and equipped for everything. We had planned for the national parks, but this place was so close to all the adventures in Moab! Wish we had more time to explore! The back patio was perfect with ample seating and grill. The pool area was awesome, loved our time there. We had a few questions upon arrival and Kent was so quick with responses, I would definitely come back and stay here. Thanks for having us!

Excellent Home Base

This property was comfortable and cozy for our week long stay in Moab. Kent was a fantastic host who always got back to me in minutes and even accommodated a last minute late checkout. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable, the living room was cozy (the TVs had Google Chromecast too!), and the backyard porch has a grill and table. There's a communal pool in the neighborhood complex. If you're a dog owner, there was a grassy area behind the property for their business. Would highly recommend this listing, will look it up again whenever we're in Moab.

This place has everything you need for a couple of days or weeks in Moab. The communication with the owner was great and they provide everything you need. The setup is very thoughtful and the cleanup/checkout wasn’t overly complicated. The location is convenient, though slightly harder to find at night and maps directs you to turn instead of going straight to the unit. This faces the highway so there is some road noise. The sheets for the king size bed were polyester, they were extremely hot. Other than that, this was a great spot and I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Desert Rim. Having all of that space was important to our family, and it allowed us to really relax after hiking a lot in the parks during the day. A couple of call-outs, though:- When we first went upstairs, it smelled sulfurous and we couldn't figure out why. Fast forward a couple of days to when we tried to do laundry ... we opened the washer and nearly fell backward. It stank to high heaven. Beware, and be sure to keep that washer closed to contain the smell.- The light-blocking shade in the bunk room had fallen off and was just propped in a corner next to the window. We wanted our kids to sleep in there, but with sunset after 8:30 pm and sunrise before 6 am, that wasn't going to be happening in that room. We did our best to use some clips to rig it back up, but it was still ineffective. Our kids were up with the sun every day, which is about 90 minutes before they usually wake up.

Plenty of room and great community. Unit was loud with furnace located in the kitchen. Work was being done to hot tub and pool. But second pool was open. Had all the amenities in the unit you would need.

Perfect place to stay for your Moab adventure. We stayed for 2 weeks. The owner responds to messages within minutes. The a/c is super cold (important for the summer) and the house is super clean. There is an outside storage closet for our bikes and kayaks. The unit is on the main road but far enough that you won't hear any traffic. We already booked it again for next summer!

Great property, quiet, with plenty of space. Bed/pillows in master bedroom could maybe use some improvements though. Luggage racks would also help.

Comfortable place, very convenient to Moab and the national parks. The back patio is shaded in the afternoon which is really pleasant even in peak summer heat. Pool was under construction so there was no shade and it was closed some of the times we wanted to use it.
