Thank you Alena for your kind words about the home and for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re so glad you found the house comfortable and welcoming. Regarding the backyard, we sincerely apologize — Reno experienced an unusually late winter this year (including a late April freeze and snowfall in Tahoe), which delayed our spring landscaping maintenance. We're already addressing this now that weather conditions have improved. As for check-in, we appreciate you letting us know. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, and we always try to accommodate early arrivals when possible, but it sounds like there was a communication gap that we’re working to improve. We truly appreciate your understanding and would love the opportunity to host you again under even better conditions!
