Simple and Clean

I couldn't find reviews so I was a little concerned booking. But, turns out it's a renovated old motel. It's clean and good condition. It was a perfect stay for the price. We didn't need help so I can't say how the manager would respond but overall I recommend it. It's recently updated, clean, and easy access to Silver Dollar City, and Branson plus Indian Point Table Rock lake.

nice property

We were a little disappointed in our room. I was expecting a full kitchen, but we just had a fridge and a microwave, but that was not the fault of the manager. I should have reviewed more. Also, the location wasn't where we wanted to be but again that was not the fault of the manager. The shower was awful. I see where the property is being completely remodeled. I peeked in at one of the rooms that had been completed, and it looked very nice. I think when that remodel is done it will be a very nice resort. It was good for us as we had our 3 lb. puppy with us and I felt secure leaving him in the room for short periods of time.

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful review. We're sorry to hear the room didn’t fully meet your expectations, but we appreciate your understanding that some aspects were related to booking details. It's great to hear you were able to enjoy your stay with your puppy and felt secure while away from the room. We're excited about the ongoing remodel and confident that, once completed, it will significantly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope you'll consider visiting again in the future to enjoy the updated accommodations.

No need to communicate with host as pre-provoded instructions through VRBO were clear. Property (linens, floors, etc.) were clean, as well as the pool (didn't used, but checked it out). Though only a microwave in the room, there were actually adequate dishes and dinnerware for any leftovers. Great location as a launch point for weekend activities. Would stay again!
