Just 6 minutes from NRG Stadium, 17 minutes from Minute Stadium, and minutes from many other attractions, you can experience all Houston has to offer and rest comfortably.

You will be in a studio apartment with your own private entrance in a gated, clean, and quiet community, with access to guest parking within the gates and street parking available outside.

You will have access to the entire Studio apartment, which includes a bedroom/workspace, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry room.

Additionally, you can enjoy the pool with outdoor dining tables, and take advantage of the package locker to store luggage before check-in if desired.

Self-check-in is available with a keypad and a new code for each guest.

This place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The host responded to anything we needed very promptly. The gate code was changed and as soon as I messaged her she replied with new code. She was very polite and friendly. No issues. Great stay!!! We stayed 3 nights.

Clean and cozy

Funmi was an excellent and very responsive host. The unit was just as pictured. It’s super clean! Loved the thoughtfulness around providing toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton balls, etc.). And the decor is simple, but cheery. The unit is cozy - so if you’re a small party of 1 (no more than 2), this place is perfect.
