Welcome to this fabulous home in SE Eugene. This property has 4 rooms with beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a futon in the front room, and 1 twin bed upstairs. There is room to spread out with 2 living room areas and 2 bathrooms - one upstairs with a shower and the other downstairs near the bedrooms. An office space with a fold out loveseat is an addition sleeping option. The yard is shaded by 4 giant oak trees, has native plants and a redwood picnic table for hanging out.
