Cozy family sized 2 bedroom 1 bath newly remodeled basement

This property has a private entrance through a divided keyed garage that takes you down stairs to the basement. There are 2 seperate living rooms with plenty of comfy couches to lounge. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a full futon bed in the other. A twin trundle bed in the living room and a fold out twin in the closet. There’s a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of blankets to cuddle up around the electric fire.
Family games and a chess board are also available to enjoy!
The Amazon bike path is within walking distance to hop on your bike or go for a walk. There are a couple parks within walking distance as well.

This property was phenomenal. We kept saying all weekend how grateful we were to find it! We had originally booked a hotel for the weekend to watch our son compete at a track meet. At the last minute we pivoted to this place and it was the best decision. We will look here first from now on when traveling to Eugene (we go a lot!). Thank you wonderful hosts!

Amazing, clean, and conveniently located near central Eugene. Checkin was easy with a garage PIN code. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious and clean. Kelly was a great host. We look forward to staying again when we return to Eugene. Thank you!

The basement is very large with lots of places to sit and relax. There was a good size kitchen and it was nice having a washer and dryer available for use. There were a few times that you could hear the family upstairs walking around, but we were so tired that it didn’t bother us too much. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Overall we had a good stay.

This place was like a hidden gem. The remodel looks great and the neighborhood was quite. The host let my dad in and was very nice. The rooms are bug and the common areas have lots of space for the kids. You can hear people walking upstairs as the is a basement, but it honestly didn't bother anyone. It felt like home. I would definitely stay again.

Nice and quiet neighborhood easy to check in and out. I had a surgery and needed a place to stay until my post -op the next day. Comfortable house felt like a home away from home. The host was very accommodatingand responded quickly any time I txt. The tv was a little confusing but we managed to get our Netflix going. The electric fireplace made for great ambiance and warmed the house nicely. I hightly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay in Eugene. The property is a very cozy and inviting finished basement. The furniture is comfortable, and the unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. It is away from the busy streets and is no more than a 15-minute drive from everything. We would revisit Eugene and this property.

This space was clean and felt roomier than I thought it would. The "gym" is a worn-out treadmill in a garage. This place is in a basement under a very active family with small children, so there is a lot of noise and no soundproofing. I feel like all our conversations were probably also audible to the family upstairs. Otherwise, the price was good, and the beds were adequate.

We love our neighborhood! It is very safe, mostly older couples in the neighborhood that look out for each other. We’re on a corner lot on a dead end drive and we love that privacy as well.
