INSIDE
This upper level cottage features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room and dining area. Enjoy the expansive view of Lake Michigan through the large windows.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and plenty of counter space. Convenient main floor bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bath. The upper level provides plenty of sleep options - a guest room with a queen bed, an additional room with a queen and twin bed , a cozy bedroom with two twin beds and an additional room with a full size bed. These rooms share an upper level full bath. The front porch also provides a twin bed with twin trundle.

Have more than 12 people in your party but still want to enjoy being only steps away from the famous sandy beach? We have a solution! This three-story home called "Happe House Apt B," features an apartment that rents separately from the house. The lower level apartment features two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, large living and dining space with double sliders that open to a large deck overlooking Lake Michigan. If available, the home and apartment can be rented together for additional living space for larger groups.

OUTSIDE
The private deck off of the porch is a great spot to relax and take in the gorgeous Lake Michigan sunsets. There is patio furniture and a gas grill available for your use. Parking is provided for three vehicles right by the house.

You will be provided with four parking spaces.

THE LOCATION
Happe House perched in the dune across from the Grand Haven State Park and Beach. It's the first house on the hill, so nothing is blocking your view. Walk across the street and you're at the beach, or head down the boardwalk along the channel to check out the downtown area. Downtown Grand Haven is only 1 mile away and features a variety of great restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, breweries and a new social district.

If you're looking for a perfect location, this is it. Take advantage of local charter fishing, trolley rides, splash pad, playgrounds, nightly musical fountain, worship on the waterfront, art fairs, parades, festivals, as well as endless shopping and dining options just a short walk away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, access code, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

Its location could not be beat if you wanted to be on the Grand Haven State Park Beach. A two minute walk to the park. The home had great views from the two decks and the living room.
