Peaceful dunes welcome you, the ocean sings to you, and a well appointed condo welcomes you at the end of a perfect beach day!
Surfs Edge 108, a ground-floor, oceanfront condo on the shores of midtown Ocean City, MD. It's so easy to walk to and from the beach to refresh your beverage or take a break from the sun! Walk to our local beach bar, for a late lunch or early dinner! We love this little hideaway just a walk North on a quiet sandy path through the dunes.
This beachfront escape was completely renovated in 2021 with a brand new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a new washer/dryer, sparkling new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. New Central Air installed in 2023. Cozy sectional sofa and Smart TV with free cable in the living room and bedroom. Ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, the dining table, and outside on the bar stool height table and chairs located on the oceanfront patio.
Ideally located in midtown Ocean City! Once you cross the route 90 bridge, you make a left and a quick right turn onto 65th Street and drive toward the ocean. You may conveniently unload your car right at your front door, 108, before parking in in your free reserved spots. Please see the map in the photos.(One spot in the underground garage, the second located near coastal highway.) On street parking is always free too! Walk to restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just two blocks south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than three miles south.
THINGS TO KNOW
Linens are provided! No need to bring linens and towels. Beds will always be freshly made ahead of your arrival.
We have full size new frontload Washers and Dryers to keep our comforters clean. Please use all amenities provided to make yourself feel at home. If something is missing upon your arrival, please let us know right away.
This unique first floor condo provides ground floor access directly from your private patio. Just open your gate and walk onto the private beach path. This is the place for the person who loves walks on the beach. If you want a full ocean view from a balcony, you may want to rent a third floor or higher condo. This is an ideal getaway for someone who doesn't want to take an elevator to get to the beach. This property gives you spectacular private beach access, with peaceful dune views with no other buildings in sight. We love watching the birds fly boats , and sail boats. Sometimes the zoom of the air show planes. It's a pretty cool place!
No smoking is allowed in the condo.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and
grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
