The property is pet-friendly for dogs up to 30 pounds, though pets must be pre-approved and incur a pet fee of $150 per pet.

Dining Room: Located just across from the kitchen, this dining area comfortably seats 8 guests.

Living Room with Bunk Beds: The spacious, light-filled living room is part of the open-concept layout with the kitchen and dining room. Plenty of seating is available, and there are 4 bunk beds (two twin over full bunks) for extra sleeping space. From the living room, you can step outside to the backyard and pool area.

Bedroom & Bathroom #1: This room features a king-sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has an attached private bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

Bedroom #2: Contains a king-sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom #3: Also equipped with a king-sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.

Bathroom #2: A full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Laundry Room: Featuring a full-sized washer and dryer.
OFFICE - The laundry room has an adjustable height office desk to work on a computer in a space where you can close the door for privacy.
