Charming furnished 2BR sanctuary with WiFi & off-street parking in Menlo Park,

Experience Tucson like a local in this beautifully appointed 2BR/1BA house within walking distance to Mercado San Agustin, MSA Annex, and Chaiteria. Close to Tumamoc Hill, 7 min drive to downtown Tucson, and convenient to I-10 and Gem Show. This 950 sq. ft. sanctuary features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a small but comfy daybed for one, and a living room with a sofa bed for occasional guests (sleeps 2). Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Property has washer/dryer, a private fenced yard with plenty of seating and westside views, and off-street parking. Central heat/air and ceiling fans in every room.
Note: utilities and wifi are included, but there is no TV, so if you stream TV, you’ll want to bring your own device to connect to wifi. Also, although the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large fridge, microwave, and pots/pans, etc, there is no dishwasher.
Option to extend for up to 6 months at a discounted rate - inquire for details. Strict no pets/no smoking policy.

Business stay

Was in Tucson for 6 weeks and this was an amazing place to stay. Super close to downtown area, lots of nice food, cafes and bars around. Trails accessible right out the back door to walk around after work or weekends. Nice and clean. The host was repsonsive and super awesome at staying in touch and making sure I had everything I needed.
