About this property

Relaxing Lake House Retreat on 12 Acres

Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. House sits on 12 acres with 7 acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guest are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.

The living area consist of a couch and loveseat and a recliner. The living room has 2 glass sliding doors that overlook the patio and lake. 3 bedrooms/2 bath. Kitchen with dining area, laundry room and game room with pool table and pub table with 4 chairs. Pac n play that also converts to bassinet located in master closet for guest use.

Guests will have access to all 12 acres and 7 acre lake-at their own risk, homeowner is not liable for any incidents/accidents/injuries.

No cable TV. Smart TVs are located in the living and game room. Wifi is available
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Getaway

Great property and wonderful experience, definitely recommend. Views overlooking the water when the sun rises and sets are amazing. Communication with owner before and during our stay were great. Beds were comfy and home was nicely decorated.

I taught my 4 year old granddaughter to fish We caught several. The lake front views are beautiful, especially in the evening. The house is nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

This is a very nice well kept older home on nice property. Great Lake view! And a nice pool table. I would stay again of it was available the next time I’m in the Texarkana area. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying at this house and I can honestly say we will be staying here again. We do a yearly fishing trip and this house provides perfect accommodations with plenty of parking for boats as well as a safe/secure location feel.The host is great! His communication is top notch and he really wants to make sure the place is accommodated for your stay.

Best fishing spot!This was our second time coming to this home for family vacation. First time was summer of 2021 and we had an absolute blast. We decided to come back this year because we knew the fishing was unmatched! We spent our days in the sun, fishing and enjoying the beautiful property. Late afternoons we would play board games and pool. This home is beautiful and the large covered porch was so nice. We had an amazing time and made lots of wonderful memories while we were here. If you’re interested in taking a trip somewhere that has plenty to do at the property this is a great choice. The host was very accommodating and always easy to get in touch with if we had any questions.

Great getaway

overall great property! It is VERY close to the interstate but the noise did not bother us. The home was clean, well equipped, the property was beautiful. We had no luck fishing, but enjoyed relaxing by the water. It is pretty isolated, so be sure you pack all your needs. Communication with the host was very prompt.

They have bed bugs n the first bedroom n Dustin tried to lie n say things weren’t true about I had 16guess stay over they tried to make Virgo pay another 680 Dustin said they have cameras in them in the house so they can tell how many people were there which is hopefully is a lie that means they were invading your privacy. We cleaned up the house. They said it was left in a mess. That’s a lie. The house is listed as in the Texarkana is not. It’s in Mandeville Arkansas so no they need to fix some stuff strain some stuff out and stop lying, dusty on people to get more money, not happening and I don’t ever wanna stay there again
