Bring the whole family or come as a group to this great place with lots of room for fun. Lockable rooms. Formal dining table, huge living room, high ceiling, huge family room and kitchen area. New renovated bathrooms and kitchen counter and windows 20 minute drive to downtown. Unlimited street parking. Smart TV 70 inches with Prime Amazon. For help Manager will be on call. Pet fee $ 100per day per pet. No access to basement/garage. 11000 sq feet fenced backyard.Huge deck and 17th street big shopping centre. Master bedroom with chakozi, he/she sink and an additional bath tub. Full equipped kitchen gas and elctric stove and plenty of pots, frypans, utensils and spatulas, glasses, cups and plates for big groups, no matter what number is. Additional attendee fee $25 per attendee. For BBQ wood need to be purchased, we will provide some as a courtesy to start up.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Place

Such a great place especially if you are trying to accommodate lots of people, there are 4 rooms but lots of extra sleeping arrangements available if someone were to need! We stayed for one night super easy check in, and check out. Hosts were great communicating at check in as well as anytime we needed to get a hold of them!

Good big place lots of space inside and the rooms are big, nice tv that works and a very big backyard for the kids. Muhammed explains everything really well and he didn’t disappoint at all

There was just minor issue of little big grass and we offered them some compensation for that as a courtesy. They smoked inside the house and said they have family gathering but this was party. They were drunk and damaged the property. There were unauthorized guests as well. Backyard is 11000 sq feet and we cleaned the basement that is not included in the house and some garbage bag was in the basement stairs outside of the house which was not related to the house at all. They damaged the property and they were required to pay for the damages, though damage price was far more than the actual deposit but still they were not happy for the deduction for the damages from VRBO and they wrote this review as a retaliation.
