You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities—nothing is shared. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub, relaxing around the fire pit or fire table, or grilling dinner on the natural gas BBQ, the entire space is yours to enjoy.

Inside, stream Netflix on the Smart TV, cook in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or unwind in one of five spacious bedrooms. You're free to spread out, relax, and reconnect—just like your own private Nordic spa retreat.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're also just minutes from 137th Ave shopping, and a quick drive or Uber from downtown, Rogers Place, and all the best restaurants, concerts, and Oilers games Edmonton has to offer.

Pet Fee Information:
We’re happy to host your furry friends! Pet fees are applied as follows:

$30/pet per night

$150/pet per week

$300/pet per month

Pet fees are charged separately after booking is confirmed and are not included in the advertised nightly rate.

Additional Guest & Tax Information:
The base rate includes up to 4 guests.

An additional guest fee applies for bookings over 4 people. This helps us cover the increased use of utilities, extra cleaning and laundry, and general wear and tear that comes with larger groups.

All additional fees are subject to GST + Alberta Tourism Levy (9% total).

Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking)
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require all guests to complete the following steps before receiving check-in instructions:

1) Sign our short-term rental agreement
Outlines house rules and stay terms to ensure a high-quality experience for all. Signed digitally after booking.

2) Complete ID verification
A quick and secure identity check to protect our guest community and home.

3) Select your damage protection option
Choose one of the following:
– $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
– $700 CAD refundable security deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after checkout (a 2% processing fee applies, resulting in a $686 CAD refund)

As an API-connected host, these “offline fees” are permitted under VRBO’s Terms of Service and are securely processed via our trusted guest portal.

Hot Tub Rules:
To keep the spa experience clean and relaxing for all guests, please follow these rules:

-Hours: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
-Registered guests only may use the hot tub
-Shower before use to reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water
-Limit sessions to 45 minutes
-Potty-trained children only allowed in the hot tub
-No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub
-Swimwear only—no regular clothing
-Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers or pool monitors
-Always replace the hot tub cover after use

If glass or debris are found, a full drain and clean will be required and charged to your damage deposit ($700).

Additional Notes:
The property has keyless entry; your code will be sent after booking is confirmed.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety and security.

This is our personal home—please treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

While we’ll respond promptly to any issues, we do not live on-site 24/7.

Booking Policies:
Profiles with less than a 4-star rating will not be allowed to use instant booking and may be cancelled.

New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may be asked for additional information before being approved.

Easy to find property, well kept with some updates. Please note that bathroom is on 2nd floor, wasn't an issue for us but might be for some. Hosts responded quickly as needed.

Lovely Stay

We were here visiting family. It’s been over 15 years since I last came home, and it was a delightful surprise to see Greisbach as a thriving community. The home was perfect! We really enjoyed it! House keeping came a little early, but other than that we had the best time ever! My partner and I travel a lot and usually stay at short term rentals. This was one of my favorite places! Thank you so much for being one of the best hosts ever!

Nice residence, Great Location!

Residence was well equipped in a beautiful neighborhood, lots of room and was in a super location for our needs. Wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of all that this property had to offer. Although I understand the need to protect the property, I did find the online process to be a bit difficult and overdone. Probably wouldn't have gotten through it without the help of my family. Overall, quite a pleasant stay!

Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- As this is a historic home with original hardwood floors on the main level and upstairs, there are areas where the floor can squeak, however this is part of the home's rustic charm!

Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests. The upstairs features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-size bed and 2 double beds in other rooms. The basement includes a queen-size bed, a queen-size air mattress, and a sofa that can be used as a single bed.

- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
