This little house was perfect for our needs. The price and location were perfect, and Mark was very nice and responsive. The exterior of the house is a little rough, but inside it is super clean and surprisingly roomy.

There were 5 of us staying there to go to a concert at US Cellular Center. There was more than enough space and it had everything you could have needed, and it was approximately a 20 minute walk. It was so much better than staying at a hotel!

The house is great clean lots of space. The upstairs gives a nice private spot or would be great to put kids up to play. Parking is great had 2 f350 trucks. The area was ok not a quiet cute neighborhood but fun.

This home was perfect for my two best friends and I to spend the weekend chatting and reuniting!

The space was great! Each of us having our own rooms, but being able to gather in the living room for coffee in the morning and to unwind at night was wonderful. After making Mark aware the upstairs room as a little too warm, he acted quickly and had a window air conditioner installed. Great service. If we ever have the need to stay in Cedar Rapids again, we’ll be back!!

Cedar Rapids stay

There was a bit of a mix up regarding the property that we had reserved but Mark owns several other properties and was able to switch us to one that met all of our needs and allowed us to get to the event we had planned to see in plenty of time. He was very communicative and apologetic about the mix up. The rental was clean and well equipped and we would rent from Mark again.

College Grad Stay

We went to Cedar Rapids for our sons graduation. The host was great from the very beginning, he was willing to let me in early if it was possible to get everything cleaned before we arrived. Our previous rental got canceled, our flight got canceled, everything was just not going well. But they were so great to work with! So understanding and flexible. It was a nice house/apartment. We had plenty of rooms for all of us. It does have a lot of stairs, if you have issues with stairs, be aware of that. Great location, 5 minutes from everything we needed to be at. Street was a little busier than we anticipated, but it was a comfortable stay.

Sewing Class Housing

My friend and I attended a Sewing Class at "Inspired to Sew" for a week. This VRBO was particularly helpful to us because of the amount of space, the two long tables in the kitchen (plenty of room to cut out fabric) and two T V's on which we watched our homework videos. Thanks Mark for your assistance in teaching us how to access our classes. We're already looking forward to next year's class and bringing more ladies. BTW - just because a kitchen is available it doesn’t mean it has to be used. There are MANY restaurants within 10 minutes of every nationality and cuisine.
