The Space:

Incredible views of downtown Nashville with just a few minute walk into the Gulch and a 3 minute Uber from the Broadway entertainment. You can't go wrong with this location! Amazing style and design throughout these vibrant, fun, exciting homes. Custom kitchens with professional appliances, designer spa-like baths with Italian tile and faucets, incredible lighting, soaring ceilings, unique and beautiful wall treatments, and rooftop decks with 360 degrees views of downtown make this the perfect choice for your next group trip or work getaway to Music city. Garage, Grill and Wifi provided.

Loved the location and walkability to restaurants and shops. We were there for the marathon and this was a perfect location. The host was very helpful and accommodating for an early arrival. Unfortunately, the house had very significant ant issues throughout the house - including the bedrooms. We also found that they were in our suitcases when we came home. It was severe enough that we would not stay here again. We loved everything else.

That is understandably frustrating, especially when it impacts comfort and use of the space. We take pest concerns seriously and work with professional pest control services on a regular schedule, but we recognize that in certain environments this can still occur and requires immediate attention when reported. We wish this had been resolved more effectively during your stay. We truly appreciate you noting the positives of your visit, and we regret that this issue ultimately impacted your decision not to return. To our future guests: The home is professionally cleaned and treated on a routine basis with pest control services. In natural environments, occasional pest activity can still occur, and our team is available throughout each stay to respond quickly and coordinate treatment if any concerns are reported so they can be addressed as promptly as possible.

I was told I could request an early check in and late check out for a fee and if available they would approve it. I messaged the number the night before and multiple times the day we flew in. They kept saying they would check on it and let me know. I also messaged before checking out and they said the same thing but never got back to me again. For the check in, I still didn't have the information to get in the houses until 3:30 when check in was at 4:00. I had to message multiple times to get it. There was quite a few things in the house broken and needing to be attended too. Some of the bedding had stains on them. The worst thing was both homes were filled with ants everywhere! All over the kitchen counters, the floors, bathrooms and even found some in the beds. Woke up one morning to my purse full of ants. We couldn't keep any food out or even set a drink down. The rooftop was nice and a really pretty view, hard to get to each of the homes that were next to each other (either had to go all the way to the bottom floor and go back up 4 floors to get to the other rooftop or climb over a ledge. not a huge deal, just not super convenient when you have a large group between the 2 homes.

Great!

There is definitely some confusion about the description; this is a separate townhome complex. They are beautiful and have plenty of space and room. However, there was no understanding of this when the booking was made. So if you are booking with children/families, just know there will be some separation between the spaces. If you have trouble walking up stairs, this is not the place for you either! Lastly, the TV did not work, but we were so busy it didn't bother us. Other than that, the location could not have been better, the place was clean, it had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside, and it accommodated our group splendidly!

Very convenient for 13 of us. The location was incredibly safe, it was easy to find, and the amenities were overall very nice. A couple of things, when planning, make sure you have the contact information for the person overseeing the property. We had a little bit of difficulty getting into the house with the door code, but eventually got it settled and taken care of. Just ensure you have someone's contact information on the front end, just in case it's not within normal business hours or even on a weekend. Also, something to note – – – the supplies in the kitchen are very limited. Just like bringing additional toilet paper and paper towel towels as noted in the check in inareuxrions, make sure anything you need to cook with or get by with, you have on hand. There are sporadic utensils throughout both kitchens, but not quite enough to cook with.Overall, a great stay, I would go back.
