I am SO glad I stayed here instead of a hotel. It was minutes from town and the airport, easy to get to and PERFECT in every way. It was nice to have a kitchen and I was able to go to the grocery store and eat whenever I was hungry without the hassle of finding someplace to eat. Super easy to find. Totally quiet. Super clean. LOVED it!

Perfect for us. For some people the, stairs (ladder) to the loft might be too much.

Cute cabin and great location

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was very nicely decorated. Very clean and well stocked. It was right off a main road, but it didn’t bother us. It was a great location and very convenient to everything that we wanted to do.

This place was excellent. Our hosts hand-built this log cabin, and while it has so many great features, our favorite feature was the (completely) screened-in porch that allowed us to sit outside, and enjoy our morning coffee & evening wine without getting bit by mosquitos. I don't know of anywhere else in the Fairbanks area that provides a mosquito-free outdoor experience. Even the screen-room's tall wall was great because it blocked the setting sun from hitting our eyes. Also, our hosts were super-nice and very fast to respond to any messages. Everything was as described (no surprises), and even though it's near the road, we didn't hear any car noise when the doors and double-pained windows were closed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting the Fairbanks area.

Perfect location, close enough to drive to everything easily! The listing did show that laundry facilities were on site, but they were not. A laundromat is in town though.

Amazing Stay

This place was absolutely wonderful, great space. Very well laid out, comfortable, and safe. Saw a few reviews about its proximity to the highway. This is not a concern. The road noise is minimal. The host was exceptionally friendly and easy to deal with.

Great cabin

Perfect cabin! Close to Fairbanks for easy/quick trips into town. Well built and quiet. Some reviews mentioned highway noise…this truly was not an issue for us. If the windows are closed, you will not hear anything. Would absolutely rent again in the future

Quaint & Clean

The cabin is beautiful and perfect for 2 to 4 people. Very clean, owners messaged us saying the cabin was clean and where to find the keys. Definitely will be staying here again when we travel to Alaska in the future. Nice sized kitchen with stove, microwave, and full size fridge/freezer. Bathroom was a nice size and had a good sized shower. Perfect distance from Fairbanks. There was some noise from the road but not enough to disturb sleeping, mostly heard noise during the day.

Loved it!

Great location. Out of the city but not remote. The cabin is as it looks in the pictures, very cute and homey. No other way to stay in Fairbanks but in a real cabin. Only real surprise was a 500 gallon water tank. But with 3 females we had no problems. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Great little cabin

The cabin was great, clean and neat and easy to find. Host was great to communicate with. The second bed is in an upstairs loft so our teen got a bit of space to himself. It was open so you can see/hear both rooms at all times if you have younger kids who want to play up there. That does mean if you want to stay up later than your kids upstairs, it is pretty hard to do unless they are really hard sleepers as they will hear you downstairs and the lights will also be visible.
